いのちのパン
この新しい日に心を開き、主が与えてくださるすべてのことに喜びを感じながら、その日を生きる準備をしてください。「神のパンは、天から降って来て、世に命を与えるものである。」（ヨハネ6：30-35）。神のパンとは、栄養となり、私たちの生命衝動を支えるために来てくださるイエスのことです。
他者の糧となることを望み求めましょう。あなたの身振りと言葉がいのちを与え、旅路にある兄弟姉妹を励ますことができるように。彼らの希望を支え、彼らの使命を励ますことができますように。
すべての文化において女性の尊厳と豊かさが認められるように、あなたのすべてを主にささげなさい。彼女たちが神の愛と恵みを受けることができますように、それが彼女たちを支えることができますように。捧げる祈り。 アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

マリアスタイルの女性たち

兄弟姉妹との出会いを心に思い浮かべてください。あなたは彼らにとって栄養となりましたか？あなたの仕草は彼らの心に栄養を与えたでしょうか？他者をもっと愛するために、明日からもっと違ったことができますか？

With Jesus in the morning
The Bread of Life
Open your heart to this new day and be ready to live it with availability and joy in all that the Lord offers you. “For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world” (Jn 6:30-35). The bread of God is Jesus who comes to be nourishment, to sustain our vital impulse.
Desire to be food for others. That your gestures and your words may give life, encouraging your brothers and sisters on their journey. May you sustain their hope and encourage them in their mission.
Offer the Lord all you have, so that the dignity and richness of women may be recognized in all cultures. Pray that they receive God’s love and grace, for it will sustain them.

With Jesus during the day
Women in the style of Mary
Take a break, slowing down the rush of your day. Bring to your heart all you have experinced so far. The Pope tells us: “The Virgin Mary was more important than the Apostles, bishops, deacons and priests. Women in the Church are just as important as bishops and priests; how should we try to make that more explicit” (Pope Francis).
May your gestures be similar to those of Mary, woman and mother, welcoming your brothers and sisters and being nourishment for their lives.
Pray for the monthly prayer for women… for consecrated women, for women who work professionally… for all of them, in all the beauty and richness of their femininity.

Nurturing others
Find a quiet place to end your day and give thanks for the gifts you have received. Thank the Lord for his presence in your day, for his way of comforting, for being nourishment that sustains.
Bring to your heart the encounters you had with your brothers and sisters. Have you been nourishment for them? Have your gestures nourished their hearts? What could you do differently tomorrow to love others more?
Offer the rest of your day for all the women of the world. Our Father.
