朝イエスと共に
彼らがいのちを持つために
主の言葉を心に響かせることから一日を始めましょう。主が与えてくださる人生を生きるよう、主の言葉があなたを鼓舞しますように。「わたしが来たのは、羊が命を受けるため、しかも豊かに受けるためである。」（ヨハネ10：1-10）。
「この福音書を考察することで、イエスが弟子たちとどのような関係を築いておられたかを理解することができます：優しさ、愛、互恵的な知識、計り知れない賜物の約束に基づいた関係…。このような関係こそ、キリスト者同士の関係、そして人間関係のモデルなのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
あなたの兄弟姉妹との関係の質について自問してみてください……それは優しさ、親しみやすさ、理解によって支配されていますか？
このいのちの約束が世界のすべての女性の中で現実のものとなるよう、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。アルゼンチン・ウルグアイチーム

いのちを与える女性たち
午後は、主が今日あなたに与えてくださった命の約束に感謝するための休憩から始めましょう。あなたに命を与えてくれた女性たちを思い起こし、彼女たちに感謝を捧げましょう。
「すべての女性のことを思います： 創造的なまなざしと優しい心で現実を把握する能力を通して、より人間的な社会を築くために尽力してくれたことに感謝します」（教皇フランシスコ）。
その存在と努力によって地域社会を豊かにする女性たちを主が祝福してくださるよう、女性のための今月の祈りを祈りましょう。アルゼンチン・ウルグアイチーム

一日の終わりに主と共に時間を過ごし、今日経験したことを心に刻みましょう。今日、神からどのような恵みを受けましたか？今日あなたに起こった美しいこと、特にあなたに豊かな命を与えてくれたことを味わいましょう。
主の助けによって、あなたが生きるすべてのことにおいて、あなたに与えられた命を大切にする約束を結びましょう。
あなたを成長させてくれた経験に感謝し、それを守り続けてください。あなたが生きてきたことをささげ、感謝を持って明日を始めましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

With Jesus in the morning
That they may have life…
Begin your day by letting the Lord’s words echo in your heart. May His words inspire you to live the life He offers you. “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” (Jn 10:1-10). “
“Contemplating this Gospel, we can understand the kind of relationship Jesus had with his disciples: a relationship based on tenderness, on love, on reciprocal knowledge and on the promise of an immeasurable gift… Such a relationship is the model of relationships among Christians and of human relationships” (Pope Francis).
Ask yourself about the quality of your relationships with your brothers and sisters… are they governed by tenderness, affability, understanding?
Pray the offering prayer so that this promise of life becomes a reality in all the women of the world.

Women who give life
Begin your afternoon with a break to give thanks for the promise of life that the Lord gives you today. Remember the women who have given you life and give thanks for them.
“I think of all women: I thank them for their commitment to building a more humane society, through their ability to grasp reality with a creative gaze and a tender heart” (Pope Francis).
Pray the prayer of the month for women so that the Lord may bless the women who enrich their communities with their presence and efforts. Argentina – Uruguay Team

Caring for life
Spend some time with the Lord to end your day, Take some time to go over in your heart what you have experienced today. What graces did you receive from God today? Savor the beautiful things that happened to you today, especially those that have given you life in abundance.
With the Lord’s help, make the promise to take care of the life that is given to you in all that you live.
Be grateful for and preserve the experiences that have helped you grow. Offer what you have lived and start tomorrow with gratitude.
