朝イエスと共に
いのちを与える食べ物
イエスがあなたを呼んでくださるところならどこでも、イエスと共に歩む準備ができている感謝の心で、この新しい週を始めましょう。「朽ちる食べ物のためではなく、いつまでもなくならないで、永遠の命に至る食べ物のために働きなさい」（ヨハネ6：22-29）。
「イエスはご自身をパンとして現されます。すなわち、日々の生活に不可欠なもの、必要なもの、イエスなしには私たちは生きることができません」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたは日々、何に、誰に目を向けていますか？あなたの北と羅針盤は何ですか？主だけに目を向けることができますように。主だけがあなたの糧となりますように。
今日、自分の仕事に飛び込む前に、他の人たちが同じようにできるように、働き、訓練し、奮闘する女性たちのために捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。 アルゼンチン・ウルグアイチーム

滋養の祈り
沈黙の時を持ち、この「祈祷年」が祈りの生活を深める機会であることを思い出してください。「全世界のために祈る人は、全世界の悲しみと罪を肩に担います」（教皇フランシスコ）。今日、全世界に勇気と愛をもたらす女性たちをあなたの肩に乗せてください。あなたの祈りが彼女たちに安らぎをもたらし、彼女たちの旅を支えてくれますように。
「教会でも社会機構でも、重要な決定がなされる職場やさまざまな場所でも、女性の存在が保証されなければなりません」（教皇フランシスコ）。

夕方になったら、ゆっくりと主の前に身を置きましょう。今日感謝したいことは何ですか？受けた恵み、出会いの瞬間、顔、場所などを振り返ってみてください。今日、あなたは何を養いましたか？あなたの心に残ったものは何ですか？
主があなたの糧となりますように、明日から取り組むすべてのことにおいて、主だけを求めることができますように。天におられる私たちの父よ…。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

With Jesus in the morning
Life-giving food
Begin this new week with a grateful heart, ready to walk with Jesus wherever he calls you. “Work not for food that perishes, but for food that lasts and gives eternal life” (Jn 6:22-29).
“Jesus reveals Himself as bread, that is, what is essential, what is necessary for daily life, without Him, we cannot live” (Pope Francis). On what or whom do you set your eyes on daily? What is your north and compass? ‘May you have eyes only for the Lord. May he be your only nourishment’.
Before diving into your tasks today, pray the offering prayer for the women who work, train and struggle so that others can do the same.

Nourishing prayer
Take a moment of silence and be reminded that this Year of Prayer is an opportunity to deepen your prayer life. ” Those who pray for the whole world, carry on his/her shoulders its sorrows and sins” (Pope Francis). Today, place on your shoulders the women who bring their courage and love to the whole world. May your prayer bring them comfort and sustain them on their journey.
“The presence of women must be guaranteed also in the workplace and in the various places where important decisions are made, both in the Church and in social structures” (Pope Francis).
Pray the monthly prayer for women.

Nourishing life
As evening falls, slow down and take a moment to place yourself in the presence of the Lord. What do you want to be grateful for today? Reflect on the graces you received, the moments of encounter, the faces, the places… What have you nourished yourself with today? What has remained in your heart?
May the Lord be your nourishment, may you seek only Him in everything you undertake tomorrow.
