自分自身を驚かせる
主の日を、主の言葉を心に留めることから始めましょう： 「なぜ、あなたがたは思い悩み、疑惑が心に浮かぶのか。私の手と足を見なさい。私自身である。」(ルカ24:35-48）。時に、現実が私たちを驚かせ、私たちのコントロールから逃す時、私たちの人生における主の臨在を認識することは難しいものです。
「復活祭の喜びの宣言に驚かされることを許しましょう」と教皇は言います。この時の喜びがあなたの日々の糧となるように、主があなたの日々の生活の中にご自身を現存させてくださる時、あなた自身が驚くことを許しますように。

感謝
今日の午後、多くの女性の参加によって多くの生命が与えられ、支えられていることに感謝する時間を持ちましょう。「この数十年の間に、他の文化的、社会的変容とともに、家庭、社会、教会における女性のアイデンティティと役割は変化し、一般的に、女性の参加と責任はますます大きくなっています。」（教皇フランシスコ ）
「祈りは私たちの心であり、声であり、祈り方を知らない、あるいは祈らない多くの人々の心と声になります」と教皇は言います。今日、教会に勇気と愛をもたらす多くの女性たちに感謝の祈りを捧げましょう。

今日、あなたがイエスに出会った場所を思い浮かべてください。イエスが通り過ぎた場所、どのような顔で、どのような状況で、どのようにイエスを歓迎しましたか。

With Jesus in the morning
Letting ourselves be surprised
Begin the Lord’s day by letting His words resignate in your heart: “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself!” (Lk 24:35-48). Sometimes, it difficult to recognize the Lord’s presence in our lives especially when reality surprises us and escapes our control.
“Let us allow ourselves to be surprised by the joyful proclamation of Easter,” says the Pope. May you allow yourself to be surprised when He make Himself present in your daily life so that the joy of this time may be your daily nourishment.
Pray the prayer of offering so that women all over the world may be nourished by His joy.

Take a moment this afternoon to give thanks for the contribution of so many women whose participation gives and sustains so much life. “In the course of these last decades, together with other cultural and social transformations, the identity and role of women, in the family, in society and in the Church, has changed and, in general, the participation and responsibility of women has been growing.” (Pope Francis)
“Prayer is our heart and our voice, and it becomes the heart and voice of so many people who do not know how to pray or who do not pray” says the Pope. Raise today a prayer of thanksgiving for so many women who bring their courage and love to the Church.

Be grateful for surprises
Be grateful for the day you have lived. Recognize what has been new and surprising. Is there anything you want to be especially thankful for?
Contemplate where you encountered Jesus today. Where He has passed by, in what faces, situations, and how you have welcomed Him.
Ask the Lord to show you how you can grow in docility to the Spirit of the Lord tomorrow.
