5つのパンと2匹の魚
始まったばかりの一日に心を開き、イエスの御心のスタイルに従って生きましょう。「ここに大麦のパン五つと魚二匹とを持っている少年がいます。けれども、こんなに大勢の人では、何の役にも立たないでしょう。」(ヨハネ6:1-15）もちろん、それだけでは足りない！しかしイエスは、それは量の問題ではなく、進んで与え、分かち合うことの問題なのだと教えておられます。
あなたのパンと魚を主に捧げ、主が他の人々を養う助けとなるようにしてください。あなたの笑顔とユーモアがその日を和ませ、あなたの愛情と優しいしぐさが、あなたが出会うすべての人を歓迎しますように。主がそうであったように、あなたの人生が兄弟姉妹の糧となりますように。

あなたの心をイエスの心と一致させる時を持ちましょう。毎月の祈りの意向のために祈りを深めるために、聖なる父の言葉に耳を傾けてください：「教会は、しばしば男性よりも女性に特徴的な感受性、直観力、特別な能力を持つ、社会における女性の不可欠な貢献を認めています」と。

夜が更けるにつれて、あと一日の人生と、主があなたに与えてくださった愛する機会のすべてに感謝しましょう。あなたは兄弟姉妹にパンと魚を与えたり、受け取ったりしてどのように生きてきましたか？他者にふさわしい敬意と価値を与えてきたかどうか、自問してみてください。一日を終えるにあたり、あなたの中に赦しが必要なものはありますか？
明日はもっと他者に心を開き、もっと寛大に、もっと思いやりをもって生きてください。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – チーム ウルグライ

With Jesus in the morning
Five loaves and two fish
Open your heart to the day that is just beginning, and live it according to the style of the Heart of Jesus. “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?” (John 6:1-15) Of course it is not enough! But Jesus tell us that it is not a question of quantity but a question of willingness to give and share.
Offer the Lord your loaves and fishes, so that they may help Him to feed others. May your smile and good humor soften the day, may your affection and tender gesture welcome everyone you encounter. May your life be nourishment for your brothers and sisters as was the Lords.

The loaves and fishes of the women
Take a moment to allign your heart to the heart of Jesus. Listen to the words of the Holy Father to deepen your prayer for the monthly intention : “The Church recognizes the indispensable contribution of women in society, with a sensitivity, intuition and particular abilities that are often more characteristic of women than of men”.
How do you contribute to the different communites you are in? Do you know how to listen patiently and value the loaves and fishes of others?
Reflect on your morning by praying the monthly prayer for women.

Giving and receiving loaves and fishes
As night falls, be grateful for one more day of life and for all the opportunities the Lord has given you to love. How have you lived giving and receiving loaves and fishes to your brothers and sisters? Ask youself if you have give others the respect and value they deserve.
Is there anything that needs forgiveness in you as you end your day?
Live tomorrow more open to others, more generous and more compassionate.
