御手の中で
新しい一日が始まることに感謝し、あなたが御手の中にいること、御父があなたを支えておられることを認識し、喜びに満たされましょう。「御父は御子を愛して、その手にすべてをゆだねられた。 御子を信じる人は永遠の命を得ている。」(ヨハネ3:31-36)。
「私の喜びも希望も、労苦も苦しみも、私の存在と持っているものすべてを、あなたの御手に委ねます……」今日、もう一度この言葉を口にし、神の愛と恵みが十分であるという事実に安らぎながら、神の御手の中で感じ、生きることの深い意味を味わってください。

すべてはあなたの御手の中に
この憩いのひととき、私たちは女性たち、とりわけ私の国の女性たち、さらにとりわけ最も弱く無防備な女性たちのために、あらためてあなたにお願いします。
「これこそが女性の強さです。私たちの歴史は、文字通り、有名な女性も無名の女性も、そのような女性でいっぱいです！- しかし、神にとってはそうではありません。家族の、社会の、そして教会の歩みを前進させる女性たちなのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。

主よ、兄弟姉妹を歓迎し、大切にし、気遣う知恵を明日も与えてください。私たちからすべての差別的態度を取り除いてください。今夜、休息する私たちをお守りください。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム・アルゼンチン – チーム・ウルグライ

With Jesus in the morning
In His hands
Be grateful for the new day that begins, Let yourself be filled with joy recognizing that you are in His hands, that the Father sustains you. “The Father loves the Son and places everything in his hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life” (Jn 3:31-36).
“I place in your hands, my joys and hopes, my labors and sufferings, all that I am and have…”, today say these words again, tasting the deep meaning of feeling and living in God’s hands, resting in the fact that His love and grace are sufficient.
In this offering place in God’s hands all the women of the world so that everywhere they may be treated with respect and dignity.

With Jesus during the day
All in your hands
In this moment of rest we ask you again for the women, especially those of my country, and more especially the most vulnerable and unprotected.
“And this is the strength of a woman: silent yet constant strength. Our history is literally full of such women, both famous and unknown – but not to God! – who carry forward the journey of families, of societies and of the Church” (Pope Francis).
Give us the light today to appreciate the richness of the women we meet on our path. To look at them with love and respect.

Your hands take care
At the end of the day, go into your heart and ask yourself how you have lived today. What feeling is left at the end of your day? Is there any grace that you wish to give special thanks for? Be thankful for the Lord’s hands that have cared for you throughout the day. Ask for forgiveness for the times when your hands have not known how to care for your brothers and sisters.
Lord, give us the wisdom tomorrow to welcome, value and care for our brothers and sisters. Remove from us all discriminatory attitudes. Take care of us as we rest tonight.
