愛の掟
イエスとともに歩む心の準備をしましょう。深呼吸をして、全能の愛に満ちた神に導かれましょう。
「イスラエルよ、聞け、主は唯一の主である。心を尽くし、魂を尽くし、思いを尽くし、力を尽くして、あなたの神である主を愛しなさい。第二のものはこれである。 自分自身のように隣人を愛しなさい。」（マルコ12:28-34）今日、あなたが生きるように招かれている最大の掟とは、神を愛し、兄弟姉妹を愛することです。人を愛するには、自分が神から愛されていることを知らなければなりません。この言葉はあなたの心にどのように響きますか？

The commandment of love
Prepare your heart to walk with Jesus. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to be giuded by an all-powerful, and loving God.
“Hear, O Israel, the Lord our only Lord: you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, with all your being.” The second is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:28-34) The greatest commandment that you are invited to live today is: to love God, and to love your brothers and sisters. We must recognize that we are loved by God in order to be able to love others. How do these words resonate in your heart?

Pause and meditate on these words of the Holy Father: “Jesus says: ‘the greatest love is this: to love God with all your life, with all your heart, with all your strength, and your neighbor as yourself’. For it is the only commandment that is equal to the gratuitousness of God’s salvation (Pope Francis).
We must put the Lord at the center of our lives, so that the rest of our lives can be ordered. Let us pray that those who in different parts of the world who risk their lives for the Gospel may fill the Church with their courage and missionary zeal.
