毎月の祈りの日
いのちと、愛し仕える機会を与えてくださった主に感謝することから一日を始めましょう。今日、私たちは祈りのネットワーク全体とともに、女性の尊厳と豊かさがすべての文化において認められ、世界のさまざまな地域で女性が受けている差別がなくなるように祈ります。
主があなたがたに言われることに耳を傾けましょう。「舟の右側に網を打ちなさい。そうすればとれるはずだ。」（ヨハネ21：1－14）
「もう一度網を投げ、福音の希望をもって世を受け入れましょう」と教皇は私たちに告げます、あなたがたは主に信頼を置いているのですから。あなたが何を生きなければならないとしても、主は、あなたが遠慮することなく、主に結ばれ、感謝しながら、それを完全に行うことを望んでおられます。
差別に苦しむ女性たちがいつも希望の光を見出せるように、あなたの一日を捧げてください。捧げる祈り。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

今日の午後、あなたの心と視線を主に向けるために一時停止してください。教皇は私たちに言います： 「しばしば女性を襲う差別の問題は、女性を社会における他の弱いカテゴリーとみなすことです。私は何度も、多様性は決して不平等につながってはならず、むしろ感謝に満ちた互恵的な受け入れにつながってはならないことを強く思い起こしました」（教皇フランシスコ）。
主よ、すべての人との出会いにおいて、愛に満ちた謙遜をお与えください。

夕暮れ時、自然の静寂の中に入る機会を作ってください。自然は活動をやめ、経験したことに感謝します。深く呼吸し、思考を静めてください。
あなたが経験したこと、そして今日受けた特別な恵みに感謝しながら、もう一度心の中を探ってみてください。あなたの一日の中心は何でしたか？他人はどんな場所を占めていましたか？不愉快なこと、驚いたこと、計画から外れたことをどのように経験したかを認識してください。網を投げ捨て、主が恵みによってあなたを助けてくださることを信じます。
新しい日を希望を持って生きる決意をしましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

Monthly Day of Prayer
Begin your day by thanking the Lord for Life and for the opportunity to love and serve. Today we join the entire Prayer Network in praying that the dignity and richness of women may be recognized in all cultures, and that the discrimination they suffer in various parts of the world may cease.
Listen to the Lord who says to you… “Cast the net on the right side of the boat and you will find something” (Jn 21:1-14).
“Cast the nets again and embrace the world with the hope of the Gospel,” the Pope tells us, because you have put your trust in him. No matter what you have to live, He wants you to do it fully without reservations, united to Him, grateful.
Offer your day so that women who suffer discrimination may always find a light of hope.

With Jesus during the day
Without discrimination
Pause this afternoon to direct your heart and your gaze towards the Lord. The Pope tells us: “The problem of the discrimination that often strikes women is to consider them as other weak categories in society. Many times I have strongly recalled that diversity must never lead to inequality, but rather to a grateful and reciprocal acceptance” (Pope Francis).
Lord, give us loving humility in our encounters with everyone, help us to welcome differences with respect and to value their richness.
Monthly prayer for women… today we want to thank you for each and every woman.

Open to hope
As evening falls, take the opportunity to enter into the silence of nature, which abandons its activity and is grateful for what it has experienced. Breathe deeply and quiet your thoughts.
Go through your heart again ,what you have experienced, and be grateful for any special grace you have received today. What has been at the center of your day? What place did others occupy? Recognize how you experienced the discomforts, the surprises, the things that escaped your plans. Throw back the net and trust, the Lord assists you with his grace.
Make a resolution to live the new day with hope.
