主よ、あなたのあふれる愛でわたしを満たし、わたしが逆境、誤解、挫折を乗り越えることができるようにしてください。わたしを満たし、絶望することなく人生のさまざまな状況に対処する方法を教えてくださるのは、主だからです。主はいかなる状況をも変えてくださり、わたしが未来を信仰、希望、愛とともに築いていくのを助けてくださることを確信して、わたしの人生のすべてを、信頼のうちに主にお捧げします。

With Jesus in the morning
On this new day, I ask the Lord to open my heart to share what I have and am with my neighbor. I ask the Lord to help me give my life in service to others. United to the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, I offer this day to the Lord for the intention that the Holy Father entrusts to us, that the planet’s resources are not plundered but shared in a fair and respectful way. With Jesus during the day
I pray to the Lord that his love overflows over me to the point that I am able to overcome adversity, misunderstandings, and frustrations, because it is he who fills me and teaches me how to deal with life’s situations without despairing. I trust and give my life and all that it contains to the Lord, with the certainty that he can change any situation, and help me to build my future with faith, hope and joy.

Take a break as you end your day. Focus on your breath. Relive the day by following with the imagination the things you experienced. Give thanks to God for all that you have, your clothes, food, and any other necessary items. Are there things that do not help you or that distract you?
