With Jesus in the morning
I give thanks to the Lord for this new day that begins. Today I really want to be silent so that I can encounter Jesus. I want to let myself be healed and loved by him. The Lord has a great plan for me. May I know how to trust him, in the certainty that only the Lord is able to give what I lack. With Jesus during the day
“If we had the Word of God always in our hearts, no temptation could lead us away from God and no obstacle could lead us astray on the path of good” (Pope Francis). Lord, I stand ready to welcome, understand and announce your Word. May your Holy Spirit enlighten my mind and my heart, so that I may open myself more and more to the action of your holy will. Teach me to follow your steps! Enable me to proclaim the Good News! Cheer me up on my daily mission! May I, committed to practicing and sharing the good, distance myself from all the evil.

Find a quiet place and breathe deeply, letting your heart quiet down. What events made you happy today? Did you feel loved, esteemed or valued by someone?
