With Jesus in the morning
Today, Jesus challenges me once again. “Then he said to them, ‘But who do you say that I am?’ Peter said in reply, ‘The Messiah of God’” (Luke 9:20). Throughout the history of the Church, this question has been repeated in the hearts of many Christians. What is my answer to this question? I should look at my life and desires, more than at my thoughts, and I try to recognize what is the answer I want to give to this question today. The Lord is counting on me to announce his Word wherever I am. May the Holy Spirit help me to deepen my knowledge of the Gospel and to witness it through my actions. My trust in the Lord is unshakable to fulfill the mission that he has entrusted to me for all the days of my life.

Look over your day in your heart. Give thanks to God for any graces received. What places did you travel? How did you feel? Did you feel the presence of God in any of them?
