今日
今日、主があなたに与えてくださったこの新しい人生の機会に感謝しましょう。主の御心に寄り添い、主の励ましの言葉に耳を傾けなさい。「子も、与えたいと思う者に命を与える」 ヨハネ5：17-30。
主は毎日そこにおられ、あなたの力と希望と喜びを新たにしてくださいますが、それは主がそれを望まれたからであり、主の愛は永遠に続くからです。
あなたの一日を、福音のために命をささげる人々のためにささげ、彼らがまだ主の愛を体験していない多くの心に主の命の息吹をもたらすようにしてください。捧げる祈りを捧げましょう。 (パラグアイチーム）

平和の担い手
教皇フランシスコは、福音のために命をかけている世界各地の人々のために祈るよう私たちに求めています。それは、日々の小さな殉教に命をささげ、イエスのメッセージの担い手となることへの個人的な招きです。
「また、多くの隠れた殉教者、すなわち、日常生活の中で兄弟姉妹を助け、神を惜しみなく愛そうとする、愛の優しい力、聖霊の声に忠実な男女もいます」（教皇フランシスコ）。
この呼びかけに対して、あなたの心にどのような反応が起こりますか？新しい殉教者のための祈りを祈りましょう。 (チーム・パラグアイ）

眠りにつく前に少し休憩をとり、この瞬間を利用してすべての考えをまとめましょう。一日の中で、イエスに伴われた瞬間、イエスがあなたとともにいてくださった瞬間をすべて発見してください。あなたが生きてきたすべてのことに感謝し、あなたが今あるもの、あなたが持っているものをイエスに捧げましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…。 (チーム・パラグアイ）

With Jesus in the morning
Storms
Begin the day by letting the Gospel touch your heart: “When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus approaching the boat, walking on the water; and they were frightened.” (Jn 6:16-21). How often do you make yourself present in the midst of difficulties? For we do not always recgonize God’s presence in our lives. Sometimes, our eyes are fixed on the storm and not on God who comes to us.
Offer the Lord all you have. Ask Him to make you faithful in your poverty and difficulties. Ask Him to help you through your challanges with the peace that comes from Him.
Place in the Lords hands your joy, hopes, labors, and sufferings… Pray the prayer of offering for the intention of the month.

With Jesus during the day
Praying for women
Take some time this afternooon to pray, because “the world is going forward thanks to this chain of praying women who intercede, and who are mostly unknown… but not to God!” as Pope Francis says. Remember that this year is a Year of Prayer.
Pray for all women around the world, especially for those who are going through moments of storm and difficulty. Prayer is your best offering for them: “The claims of the legitimate rights of women, based on the firm conviction that men and women have the same dignity, raise profound questions for the Church that challenge her and that cannot be superficially evaded” (Pope Francis).
Pray the prayer of the month for women.

With Jesus in the night
As evening falls
Quiet yourself as evening falls and be grateful for another day of life and for the opportunity to serve in Christ’s mission. Think about the most significant moments of your day. What did they leave in your heart, what or whom did you look to in the midst of today’s difficulties? Reflect on your moments of prayer, on your attitudes towards others, yours responses, the way you treated others, and the way you worked.
Have you been able to live in the light of the Lord? Ask forgiveness for the moments in which you have shown little love.
