With Jesus in the morning
On this day, I am happy to remember how our faith involves us in a family of love: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Today I pray for grandparents of all children, young people and adults. May I live the grace of knowing how to care for the elderly, knowing how to look after the most vulnerable. I offer my day to the Divine Family, asking for the gift of loving accompaniment with the oldest and most fragile within families, bearing in mind the Holy Father’s intention for this month. With Jesus during the day
I ask Jesus, in a special way, that I may seek to do good in all my actions. May I look at others and find in them the opportunity to do something good, as if they were Jesus himself. May my thoughts be aligned with Jesus’ way of thinking. May I use my intelligence to make the best decisions and attitudes. May my words possess docility, prudence and optimism. May my ears be attentive to filter what is really important. May my heart be open to welcome whoever needs it.

With Jesus in the night
Take a break as you end your day. Focus on your breath. Relive the day by following with the imagination the things you experienced. Give thanks to God for all that you have, your clothes, food, and any other necessary items. Are there things that do not help you or that distract you? Ask God for forgiveness and resolve to share what you have with those less fortunate. Hail Mary…
