Chúng ta hãy cầu nguyện để các gia đình tan vỡ có thể tìm ra phương thuốc chữa lành vết thương của họ thông qua sự tha thứ, tái khám phá những món quà của nhau ngay cả trong sự khác biệt của họ.

Con Sống Vì Điều Gì?
Lạy Chúa, con bắt đầu ngày mới bằng lời tạ ơn vì trái tim rộng mở của Chúa, Người luôn trao
cho con một cơ hội mới để sống trọn vẹn hôm nay.
“Người ta sống không chỉ nhờ cơm bánh” (Lc 4,4).
Lạy Chúa Giê-su, qua cơn cám dỗ đầu tiên, Chúa đã cho con thấy rằng Chúa cũng mang thân
phận con người, đã trải qua những cảm xúc và thử thách như chúng con. Nhưng đồng thời, Chúa
cũng mời gọi con bước vào mối tương quan sâu sắc hơn với Thiên Chúa.
Chúa đã chỉ cho con cách để chịu đựng được giới hạn của bản thân bằng việc luôn gắn bó với
Chúa Cha.
Lạy Chúa, đâu là nguồn sức mạnh nuôi dưỡng con khi gặp thử thách? Khi đối diện với những
bất an, con tìm kiếm sự an toàn nơi đâu? Con làm thế nào để giữ lòng mình bình an khi những
khao khát trở nên rối loạn?
Hôm nay, con xin dâng ngày sống này để cầu nguyện cho những gia đình đang chưa trọn vẹn.
Xin Chúa dẫn dắt họ tìm lại sự hiệp nhất trong tình yêu và ân sủng của Ngài.
🍵 Cùng Chúa Trong Ngày
Đồng Hành
Lạy Chúa, giữa những bộn bề của ngày sống, con dừng lại một chút để ở bên Ngài. Con hít thở
thật sâu, bước vào sự tĩnh lặng và nhớ lại mục đích mà con muốn sống hôm nay.
“Ngược lại, khi hôn nhân được đón nhận như một sứ vụ, đòi hỏi sự kiên trì và vượt qua thử
thách, thì mỗi khủng hoảng lại trở thành cơ hội để vợ chồng cùng nhau tìm ra ý nghĩa sâu sắc
hơn và vun đắp tình yêu bền vững. Điều quan trọng là đồng hành cùng các đôi vợ chồng, giúp họ
đón nhận thử thách trong đời sống gia đình và biến những khó khăn ấy thành cơ hội để trưởng
thành và gắn kết hơn.” (ĐGH Phanxicô).
Lạy Chúa, Ngài là cộng đoàn của tình yêu, và con được dựng nên theo hình ảnh Ngài. Xin dạy
con biết để người khác đồng hành với con, để rồi chính con cũng có thể đồng hành với họ. Con
ghi nhớ rằng cô đơn sẽ trở thành mảnh đất cho cám dỗ nảy sinh.
Con dâng lời cầu nguyện theo ý chỉ của Đức Giáo Hoàng trong tháng này.

Chúa hiện diện trong con
Lạy Chúa, khi một ngày khép lại, con dâng lời tạ ơn vì tất cả những gì con đã lãnh nhận.
Hôm nay, con đã sống thế nào? Những suy nghĩ, lời nói của con có được soi dẫn bởi Chúa
không? Khi đối diện với lo âu và sợ hãi, con đã tìm đến Chúa hay chỉ thu mình lại trong chính
con?
Con quyết chú tâm hơn đến sự hiện diện của Ngài trong từng khoảnh khắc của ngày sống, lạy
Chúa, để nhận ra Ngài nơi tha nhân, để trân quý họ, lắng nghe họ và đáp lại những nhu cầu của
họ. Xin ban cho con một trái tim giống như Ngài, để con biết đồng hành với anh chị em mình,
như chính Ngài vẫn luôn đồng hành với con.
Xin cho con luôn ý thức hơn về tình yêu của Chúa trong những cuộc gặp gỡ trong tương lai.

For families in crisis
Good Father, You wanted Your Son to be born into a family, a space of love and support where the Savior “grew and became strong.” Today, we bring before You all families torn by division and crisis, asking that You open spaces for them to communicate heart to heart, learning the difficult art of reconciliation.
May the Heart of Your Son Jesus reveal to them the good news hidden in the crisis, helping them to fine-tune the ear of their hearts and moving them to embrace forgiveness.
Breathe Your Spirit upon them so that with the support of grace and the accompaniment of family and friends, they can give a new “yes” that makes it possible for love to be reborn in them strengthened, transfigured, matured, and illuminated. Amen.

Lạy Cha Nhân Lành,
con biết Cha luôn ở với con.
Ở đây và ngay lúc này,
xin Cha đặt trái tim con
gần kề hơn Thánh Tâm của Con Cha, là Đức Giê-su,
Đấng đến và trao ban chính mình cho con trong Bí Tích Thánh Thể.
Xin Thánh Thần Chúa biến đổi con thành tông đồ của Cha,
sẵn sàng thi hành sứ mạng của lòng thương xót.
Con xin đặt vào tay Cha tất cả
niềm hy vọng và niềm vui,
cũng như những lao công và đau khổ của con,
trong sự hiệp thông với anh chị em
nơi mạng lưới cầu nguyện toàn cầu này.
Cùng với Mẹ Maria,
con xin dâng lên Cha ngày sống của con,
để phục vụ cho sứ mạng của Giáo Hội,
theo ý nguyện tháng này của Đức Thánh Cha,
và của Đức Giám Mục trong giáo phận chúng con.

A PRAYER OF GRATITUDE
Loving Father, on this first day that I chose to come to the convent, I came with a small and trembling heart, carrying only a simple desire: to listen to Your voice and to follow Your call, if You so choose.
Lord, through the warm smiles, gentle eyes, and loving presence of the Sisters, from the Assistant Superior to the Provincial Superior, I felt Your own love made visible. During the afternoon prayer, when the Sisters lifted their prayers for, my heart was deeply touched. I felt seen, honored, and truly cherished. I wept, overwhelmed by gratitude.
Thank You, Lord, for these quiet and tender graces, for reminding me that I do not walk this journey alone. Beloved Mother Mary, You who ponder all things in Your heart, please receive the simple offering of my soul today. Walk with me in this time of discernment. Teach me to listen, to trust, and to say “Yes” each day, even when the path ahead is still unclear. If You choose me, Lord, grant me a humble and courageous heart.
If You ask me to wait, grant me patience and deep peace. I place everything into Your loving hands and rest my heart in the gentle care of Mother Mary. Amen.Orsola – 20260101

The Last Day of 2025
Today, on the last day of 2025, I pause to look back at this year, the things I was able to do and the things I couldn’t.
First of all, I thank God, who guided me under the light of the Holy Bible and helped me choose the right paths. Even when I felt uncertain, His Word became my compass. There were moments when I felt nervous and anxious, unsure of myself and the future. Yet through it all, I learned to trust more, to pray more, and to grow little by little. Not everything turned out the way I hoped, but everything taught me something. I end this year with gratitude in my heart.
Secondly, I pray for the sisters and priests who have guided and supported me. May God strengthen them in their vocation, fill them with wisdom and compassion, and reward their faithful service.Thirdly, i pray for my family, for my parents, my brothers and sisters. May God keep them safe, grant them good health, peace of heart, and bless them with His love.
Last but not least, not everything turned out the way I hoped, but everything taught me something. I end this year with gratitude in my heart.
Mary, please keep me away from sin. Protect me in all that I do and watch over me always. Amen.

Pray for Viet Nam for Those Affected by the Recent Storms
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts heavy yet trusting, lifting up to You our brothers and sisters in Vietnam who are suffering from the aftermath of the recent storms. Lives have been lost, homes destroyed, and communities shaken. Pain, fear, and uncertainty weigh upon them, and we feel their grief deeply in our hearts. Lord, grant them strength in their bodies and courage in their spirits. Comfort those who mourn, heal those who are injured, and provide relief to all who face hardship and loss. Help them to find hope in the midst of despair, and to see Your presence even in the trials that surround them. We pray for the communities that remain, that they may be guided with wisdom and resilience, and that those who have been displaced may be safely restored to homes and lives of peace. Inspire all who can help to act with generosity, compassion, and swift assistance. Father, let this suffering not be in vain. May it deepen faith, foster solidarity, and awaken a greater sense of care for one another. May Your mercy shine upon every heart, bringing comfort, strength, and renewed hope. Thanksgiving Prayer (Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary)
We thank You, Lord, for today for the beautiful and grace-filled celebration of our patronal feast in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary. Though there were still many imperfections, we truly felt the love of God and of Our Blessed Mother shining through everyone and everything. We thank You for Your guidance throughout these past years, for walking with us, strengthening our faith, and uniting our community in love. May we continue to walk with joy and trust, following the example of Mary, our Mother, who always leads us closer to You. Amen.

O gentle Virgin Mary, Our Lady of the Rosary,
on this day when we honor You, the patroness of our community. We lift up our hearts in thanksgiving and love. Through Your intercession with Your Son, Jesus, we pray for peace in our world, for strength and protection for the Church amidst trials, and for every family to remain faithful in daily prayer, united in love and steadfast in following Christ. O Mother of the Rosary, please accompany and protect our Yamaguchi Catholic Community, so that in every circumstance, we may live with trust, hope, and love, becoming true witnesses of the Gospel in our daily lives. Amen.
