朝イエスと共に
永遠のいのちの言葉
新しい一日が始まるとき、兄弟姉妹の中で、世界への憐れみの使命の中で主に仕えるために、自分自身を主にささげましょう。今日、世界のすべての国で女性差別がなくなるように、ささげものを新たにしましょう。
福音を心に響かせてください： 「そこで、イエスは十二人に、『あなたがたも離れて行きたいか』と言われた。 シモン・ペトロが答えた。『主よ、わたしたちはだれのところへ行きましょうか。あなたは永遠の命の言葉を持っておられます。』」（ヨハネ6:60-69）。
たとえ逆境の中にあっても、主の臨在から遠ざかることがありませんように。最後まで人を愛するという呼びかけを勇気をもって受け入れましょう。

日中イエスと共に
互いのために祈る
沈黙の時を持ち、主から託された使命のために祈ることの意味を深く掘り下げましょう。「孤独の中で祈る人は、それが長い時間の孤独であれ、30分祈る孤独であれ、神のうちにすべてとすべての人を見出すために、すべてとすべての人から自分を切り離すのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたが世界中のすべての女性の夢、願望、葛藤を主の前にもたらすことができるように、主の臨在を求めて忍耐する力を主に求めてください。
「重要な決定がなされる場では、女性的な才覚が必要です」（教皇フランシスコ）。このことを実現するために、祈りが私たちの心を変えてくれますように。

他者のための神
一日を振り返りましょう。心の中を振り返って、今日あなたが受けたすべての恵みを主に感謝しましょう。あなたの言葉、ハグ、笑顔、存在を必要としたのは誰ですか？今日、あなたが神の顔となることを必要としていたのは誰ですか？あなたは他の人の人生に神を存在させることができましたか？今日、あなたが出会ったすべての人々を思い出す時間をとってください。
一日の締めくくりに、一人一人に祈りを捧げましょう。祈りは、あなたが彼らに捧げることのできる具体的な愛のしぐさだからです。
あなたの人生をささげ、明日、兄弟姉妹に仕える準備をしなさい。天におられる私たちの父よ…。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

Free in truth
Words of Eternal Life
As this new day begins, offer yourself to the Lord to serve Him in your brothers and sisters, in the mission of compassion for the world. Today, renew your offering so that discrimination against women may cease in all countries of the world.
Let the Gospel echo in your heart: “So Jesus said to the Twelve, ‘Are you also willing to forsake me? Simon Peter answered him: Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life” (Jn 6:60-69).
May we not shy away from the Lord’s presence, even in the midst of adversity. Let us courageously embrace the call to love others until the very end.
Pray the offering prayer for the monthly prayer intention.

With Jesus during the day
Praying for one another
Take a moment of silence and dive deeper into the significance of prayer for the mission entrusted to you by the Lord. “In solitude whoever prays – whether it be the solitude of a long time or the solitude of half an hour to pray – separates himself from everything and everyone in order to find everything and everyone in God” (Pope Francis). Ask the Lord for the strength to persevere in seeking His presence, that you may bring before Him the dreams, desires, and struggles of all the women around the world.
“In the places where important decisions are made, feminine genius is necessary” (Pope Francis). May prayer transform our hearts to make this true.
Pray the Monthly prayer for women.

With Jesus in the night
God for others
Recollect your day. Go back through your heart and thank the Lord for all the graces you received today. Who needed your words, a hug, your smile, your presence? Who needed you to be the face of God today? Were you able to make God present in the lives of others? Take some time to remember all the people whom you encountred today?
Say a prayer for each of them to close your day. For prayer is a concrete gesture of love that you can offer them.
Offer your life and be ready to serve your brothers and sisters tomorrow.
