生命の糧
人生の祝福（人、出会い、場所）に感謝しながら、新しい一日の準備をしましょう。あなたが持っているもの、いるものすべてを捧げ、それがすべて主から来たものであることを認めましょう。
「私は命のパンである。わたしのもとに来る者は、決して飢えることがなく、わたしを信じる者は、決して渇くことがない」（ヨハネ6：35-40）。神を信じるとは、神とともにいれば、どこにいても迷うことはないという確信を持つことであり、神は私たちを常に支え、養ってくださるからです。神は私たちを常に支え、養ってくださるからです。すべての母、娘、姉妹、妻が主の養いに信頼することができるように祈りましょう。
世界各地で女性が受けている差別がなくなりますように、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

主と共に時を過ごしましょう。あらゆる文化の中で女性の価値が認められるように。主よ、彼女たちはあなたの御顔を映し、あなたの賜物を携えています。「祈る者は、戸をたたくすべての貧しい人の中に、物事の意味を見失ったすべての人の中に、キリストの顔を見つけます。」(教皇フランシスコ）。
「教会において、より鋭敏な女性的存在のための空間を広げることが必要です」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたがたの共同体において、この課題が現実のものとなりますように。

夜の静寂の中に入り、あなたが受けたすべてのことに感謝しましょう。自分に問いかけてください。今日のあなたの旅には誰が関わっていましたか？彼らの人生、彼らの賜物、彼らが世界に美を与えてくれたことに感謝しましょう。
今日、他人の価値や豊かさを顧みなかった瞬間の赦しを主に求めましょう。あなたが厳しさ、無関心さ、要求の強さを持って行動した瞬間を思い浮かべてください。
明日、兄弟姉妹の糧となる恵みを主に求めてください。天におられる私たちの父よ…。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

With Jesus in the morning
The bread of Life
Gear up for a new day, bringing gratitude to your heart for life’s blessings—people, encounters, and places. Offer everything you have and are, acknowledging that it all comes from the Lord.
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty” (Jn 6:35-40). To believe in God is to have the certainty that with God, you will not be lost no matter where you are. For God is our constant support and nourishment. Pray that all mothers, daughters, sisters, and wives may trust in the Lords nourishment.
Pray the offering prayer so that the discrimination suffered by women in different parts of the world may cease.

Women
Take a moment with the Lord. Pray for women everywhere, that their worth is recognized in all cultures. They reflect your face, Lord, and carry your gifts. “The one who prays sees the face of Christ in every poor person who knocks at the door, in every person who has lost the meaning of things.” (Pope Francis).
“It is necessary to widen the spaces for a more incisive feminine presence in the Church” (Pope Francis). May you begin to make this challenge real in your communities.
Pray the prayer of the month for women.

With Jesus in the night
As night falls
Enter into the silence of the evening and be grateful for all you have recieved. Ask yourself.. Who was apart of your journey today? Be grateful for their lives, for their gifts, for they give beauty to the world.
Ask the Lord for forgiveness for the moments today when you have not cared for the value and richness of others. Think of the moments you acted with harshness, indifference or demandingness.
Ask the Lord for the grace to be nourishment for your brothers and sisters tomorrow.
