道
イエスの御心に捧げられたこの金曜日に目覚めるとき、イエスの慈愛に満ちた使命に仕える者となるよう招かれていることに感謝しなさい。主が最も役立つところで実を結ばせてくださるように、自分の人生を完全に捧げなさい。
「わたしは道であり、真理であり、いのちである。わたしを通してでなければ、だれも父のもとに行くことはできない。」(ヨハネ14:1-6)。 見よ、”道であり、真理であり、いのちである “とご自身を示される方を知るために、私たちは “道 “を歩まなければならない、と教皇は言います。
神が、あなたが神とともに道を歩むような気持ちで一日を過ごせる恵みを与えてくださいますように。兄弟姉妹に簡単な微笑み、心のこもったあいさつ、彼らの旅を楽にする助けのジェスチャーを捧げましょう。

真実
今一度立ち止まり、ハートの真実に心を合わせる時です。それは、この世の、そしていつの時代も、すべての女性への愛です。
「彼女は女性であり、母親である。救いは女性である彼女からもたらされたのであり、その結果、女性なくして救いはないのです。」(教皇フランシスコ）世界のいたるところで、彼女たちがその尊厳において尊重され、大切にされるように、彼女たちすべてのためにささげものを新たにしてください。

人生
一日を締めくくる準備をしましょう。夜明けから経験したことを振り返り、受けた特別な恵みに感謝します。職場で、家族と、友人と、地域社会で、神はあなたにどのような機会を与えましたか？あなたはそれにどう応えましたか？
励まし、希望、開放性、交わりを鼓舞し、他の人に生命を与えましたか？閉じこもり、孤立する瞬間がありましたか？
愛と献身をもって日常を成し遂げ、その文脈の中でいのちを与えることは、謙遜と忠実のしるしです。
今夜の休息の時を主にささげ、明日への勇気を求めましょう！天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

The Way
As you wake up on this Friday dedicated to the Heart of Jesus, be grateful for the invitation to be a servant of his compassionate mission. Offer your life entirely so that the Lord may make it bear fruit where it will help most.
“I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (Jn 14:1-6) “Behold, then, to know him who presents himself as “way, truth and life”, we must set out “on the way”, says the Pope.
May God give you the grace to live the day feeling like you are on the way with God. Offering your brothers and sisters a simple smile, a cordial greeting, a gesture of help that will make their journey easier.
Offer yourself to the, Lord, to make the journey with you. Offering prayer.

The Truth
It’s time to pause, to calibrate your heart to the truth of your Heart, which is love for all the women of this world and of all times.
“She’s a woman and a mother, that’s the main thing. It is from her, the woman, that salvation came and, consequently, there is no salvation without the woman.” (Pope Francis) Renew your offering for them all, so that everywhere in the world they may be respected and valued in their dignity.
Prayer of the month for women… So that at a time when humanity is undergoing profound change, women may contribute to ensuring that humanity does not decline…

With Jesus in the night
Life
Prepare to close the day. Review what you’ve experienced since dawn and be grateful for any special grace you’ve received. What opportunities has God given you, at work, with family, with friends, in your community? How have you responded?
Become aware of your actions: have they given life to others, inspiring encouragement, hope, openness, communion? Have there been moments of confinement and isolation?
Accomplishing the everyday with love and devotion, giving life in its contexts, is a sign of humility and fidelity.
Offer the Lord tonight’s time of rest and ask him for courage for tomorrow! Our Father.
