光
新しい夜明けに、この新しい命の日に感謝を捧げながら、主に心を開いてください。
「わたしを信じる者が、だれも暗闇の中にとどまることのないように、わたしは光として世に来た。」（ヨハネ12:44-50）。兄弟姉妹が背負っている富の中に存在する主に自分が照らされているかどうか、自問してみてください。自分の考えや行動様式に固執しがちですか、それとも他の人の立場を疑って理解する準備ができていますか？
あなたが閉じこもった暗闇の中にとどまることなく、新たな光に向かって開かれるよう、主に助けを求めてください。

自分自身を悟らせる
午後の休憩の間に、今日の目的をもう一度取り上げてください…新しいものに対して自分を開くこと…他の人たちによって自分が啓発されるようにすること…閉じこもった状態から抜け出し、兄弟姉妹の貢献に感謝することです。
「より人間的で歓迎される社会を築こうと日々努力しているすべての女性たちに感謝します。」(教皇フランシスコ）彼女たちは周囲を明るく照らし、彼女たちのためにこそ、あなたは残りの一日を捧げることができるのです。
あらゆる文化において、女性の貢献が評価され、尊敬されるように、今月の祈りを女性のために祈りましょう。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

あなたの出会いを見直し、開放的で光に満ちた瞬間と、閉塞的で闇に包まれた瞬間を発見してください。明日に向けてどんな目標を立てられますか？
女性が自分の環境にもたらす光が歓迎され、評価されるように、主の祈りを祈り、休息を捧げましょう。チーム・アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

With Jesus in the morning
Light
Open up your heart to the Lord in this new dawn, giving thanks for this new day of life.
The Gospel says: “I am the light, and I have come into the world, that whoever believes in me should not be left in darkness” (Jn 12:44-50). Ask yourself if you are letting yourself be enlightened by the Lord present in the wealth that your brothers and sisters carry; do you tend to cling to your own ideas and ways of acting, or are you ready to question and understand the position of others?
Ask the Lord to help you to not remain in the darkness of your confinement, but to open up to the light of newness.
Prayer of offering… Most gracious Father, I know you are with me…

Letting yourself be enlightened
During the afternoon break, take up the day’s objective again… to open yourself up to the new… to let yourself be enlightened by others… to get out of your confinement, to be grateful for the contribution of your brothers and sisters.
“Thank you to all the women who, every day, try to build a more human and welcoming society. (Pope Francis) They light up their surroundings, and it’s for them that you can offer the rest of your day.
Pray this month’s prayer for women, that their contributions may be valued and respected in all cultures.

A clear look
Find a quiet place to end your day and give thanks for the gifts you have received. How did you experience your relationships with others? Did sincere love and acceptance prevail? How did you see those around you?
Review your encounters and discover moments of openness and light, and moments of confinement and darkness. What goal can you set for tomorrow?
Pray the Lord’s Prayer and offer your rest so that the light that women bring to their environment is welcomed and valued.
