聞く
生きるべきことが何であれ、主の御声に耳を傾ける心構えで新しい日を迎えましょう。「わたしの羊はわたしの声を聞き分ける。わたしは彼らを知っており、彼らはわたしに従う。」（ヨハネ10：22-30）。
「祈りとは、神に耳を傾け、神と出会うことです。日々の問題は、障害になるのではなく、むしろ、私たちの前におられる方に耳を傾け、出会うようにという神からの呼びかけなのです。人生の試練は、こうして信仰と慈愛の成長の機会へと変えられるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
今日、耳を傾けるというこの招きを歓迎しましょう。すべての女性のために一日をささげ、彼女たちの尊厳と価値を求める願いが聞き入れられるようにしてください。

沈黙の時を持ち、一日を振り返り、主と共に過ごしましょう 。
世界の女性のために捧げる祈りを新たにしましょう。「社会においても教会においても、女性の声が真に聞かれ、何よりも考慮されますように」（教皇フランシスコ）。
兄弟姉妹のニーズに耳を傾けることができるよう、主にお願いしてください。今月の祈りを女性のために祈りましょう。アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

出会いに感謝する
一日を振り返る準備をしながら、自分自身を存在さ せましょう。今日経験したすべてのことに感謝しましょう。
立ち止まって黙想してみてください。今日は誰と一緒に歩きましたか？あなたを必要としている人の話を聞くことができましたか？感謝したい人の名前を書き出してください。これらの出会いは、今日のあなたに何を残しましたか？
あなたが他の人や主に気を取られ、不注意だった瞬間を認識してください。今日のあなたを表す言葉や短いフレーズを書き、それを主にささげましょう。明日に備えてください。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

Listen
Welcome this new day with a heart ready to listen to the voice of the Lord in whatever you have to live. “My sheep hear my voice, I know them and they follow me” (Jn 10:22-30).
“Prayer is listening and meeting with God. Daily problems, then, do not become obstacles, but rather calls from God to listen and encounter the One who is before us. The trials of life are thus transformed into occasions for growing in faith and charity” (Pope Francis).
Today, welcome this invitation to listen. Offer your day for all women, that they may be heard in their requests for their dignity and worth.
Pray the prayer of offering for all of them.

Take a moment of silence to reflect on your day and spend time with the Lord.
Renew your offering for the women of the world… “May the voice of women be truly heard and above all taken into account both in society and in the Church” (Pope Francis).
Ask the Lord to make you receptive and available to listen to the needs of your brothers and sisters.
Pray the Prayer of the month for women.

Giving thanks for encounters
Make yourself present as you prepare to reflect on the day. Give thanks for everything you’ve experienced today.
Stop and meditate… Who did you walk with today? Were you able to listen to those who needed you? Write down the names of those you would like to thank. What did these encounters leave in you today?
Recognize the moments when you were distracted, inattentive to others and to the Lord. Write a word or short phrase to describe you day and offer it to the Lord.
Prepare yourself for tomorrow. Our Father.
