朝イエスと共に
イエスを信じる
この新しい日とともに、イエスだけを見つめるよう招かれています。「わたしは、父が与えてくださった多くの善い業をあなたたちに示した」ヨハネ10:31-42。今日一日、どんなことが与えられても、主の愛に満ちた臨在を発見できるよう、心を開いて始めましょう。「イエスを信じるとは、イエスを私たちの人生の中心、意味とすることです。キリストは付属的な要素ではなく、『生きたパン』であり、欠くことのできない食物なのです」–教皇フランシスコ。
イエスの御言葉が私たちの日々を啓発してくれるようにしよう： 信じなさい。この言葉があなたの心に響き、あなたの一日のリズムを刻みますように。
イエスを完全に信じるがゆえに、イエスを宣べ伝えるために自分の命をささげるすべての男女のために、あなたの一日をささげましょう。捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。 (パラグアイチーム）

信仰を高める
「福音に一致した生き方が人々から迫害を受けても、落胆しないようにしましょう：この道を歩む私たちを支えてくださる聖霊がおられます」（教皇フランシスコ）。この午後、この言葉を心に響かせるために、立ち止まってみましょう。あなたはその日の困難にどのように対応しますか？心が落ち着かなくなり、落胆や不信感に打ちひしがれていませんか？主よ、私は信じます！

少し立ち止まって、今日一日を振り返ってください。一日の終わりに、あなたの心の中にある落ち着かないものを振り返ってください。あなたの一日のどこに主がおられましたか？この夜の静寂の中で、主はあなたの内に宿っておられます。あなたの一日を振り返り、主の臨在に気づくことができる恵みを求めましょう。主はあなたにどのような恵みを与えてくださったと感じますか？
今夜の祈りの中で、教皇の今月の祈りの意向を心に留め、御国のために命をささげる多くの兄弟姉妹の命のために祈ってください。今日一日に経験したすべてのことを神に感謝します。天におられる私たちの父よ…。 （パラグアイチーム）

Believing in Jesus
With this new day, comes the invitation to look only to Jesus. “I have shown you many good works from the Father”- John 10:31-42. Be ready to begin this day open to discovering the loving presence of the Lord in whatever you are given. “Believing in Jesus means making Him the center, the meaning of our life. Christ is not an accessory element: he is the ‘living bread,’ the indispensable food,”- Pope Francis.
Let us allow his Word to enlighten our day: BELIEVE. May this word resound in your heart and mark the rhythm of your day.
Offer your day for all those men and women who, because they fully believe in Jesus, offer their lives to proclaim Him. Pray the Prayer of Offering. (Team Paraguay)

Increase your faith
“Let us not be discouraged when a life consistent with the Gospel attracts persecutions from people: there is the Spirit who sustains us on this path” (Pope Francis). Take time this evening to pause and let these words resonate in your heart. How do you respond to the difficulties of the day? Does your heart grow restless and overcome with discouragement and distrust? Lord, I believe but increase my faith!
Thank the Lord for his loving presence and ask him to continue to accompany you this day.
Pray for the martyrs who persevere in their faith to the point of giving their lives to the end. (Team Paraguay)

Gather your day. Express gratitude for the significant and small blessings that God has granted you: a conversation, a surprise, companionship. Reflect on the painful or sad moments of your day. Have you hurt someone? Sometimes, we hurt those we love. How can you repair the damage you’ve done? Tomorrow, make a gesture of love to the person with whom you had a difficult time today. Hail Mary (Team Portugal).
