朝イエスと共に
今日の福音で、主イエスは、ご自分に従う道では困難に遭遇すると警告されますが、ご自身は「勇気を出しなさい。わたしは既に世に勝っている。」（ヨハネ16：33）と語られます。主イエスのみ言葉が私たちの心に深く浸透し、私たちが主の恵みによって生きることができ、主イエスに従うために他の人々と共に歩み、寄り添うことができるようにしましょう。特に、教会の運動やグループを励ます使命を担う人々が、主イエスが与えてくださる励ましを見出すことができるように、お願いしましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ、… 。(パラグアイチーム)

日中イエスと共に
私は途中で立ち止まり、聖霊の刷新の作用に自分を開きます。教皇フランシスコは、権力への欲望に加えて、真のキリスト教の奉仕を妨げるもう一つの障害、すなわち不誠実さがあることを教えています。「私たちは、神や他の人に仕えたいと言葉で言いながら、行いではエゴに仕え、偉大に見せたい、認識や評価を得たいという欲求に身を委ねています。」 聖霊の助けを借りて、私はこのうちの何が私の真の奉仕の願いを妨げているのかを認識しようとします。聖霊の恵みにより、主イエスの奉仕の方法で再び私を満たしてくださるようお願いします。(チームコロンビア)

With Jesus in the morning
In today’s Gospel, Jesus warns us that on the path of following him we will encounter difficulties, but he himself tells us “Take courage, I have conquered the world” (Jn 16: 33). Let his Word penetrate deeply into our hearts so that we can live from his grace, capable of walking and accompanying others in following Him. Let us especially ask for those who carry out the mission of encouraging Church movements and groups so that they find that encouragement that Jesus gives them. Our Father. (Team Paraguay)

With Jesus during the day
I make a stop along my way and open myself to the renewing action of the Spirit. Pope Francis tells us that in addition to the desire for power there is another obstacle to true Christian service: disloyalty. “We say with words that we want to serve God and others, but in deeds we serve our ego, and we surrender to our desire to appear great, to obtain recognition and appreciation.” With the help of the Spirit, I seek to recognize what of this has hindered my true desire to serve. I ask the grace of the Holy Spirit to fill me again with Jesus’ way of serving. (Team Colombia)

With Jesus in the night
Lord, in You I close my day, and I seek to discover where you were in it. Thank you for announcing the coming of the Holy Spirit to us. Am I really aware of the greatness of this extraordinary gift? [1] 教皇による意向のために毎日3回祈る取り組みとして「祈祷の使徒」（教皇による祈りの世界ネットワーク）本部では2016年より “Click to Pray“（祈りのクリック）が始まりました。すなわち、日々のみ言葉と教皇による毎月の意向に合わせて、毎日、朝と日中と夕に祈る取り組みです。
