よい羊飼いの日曜日
この日曜日は、イエスの優しい言葉に耳を傾けることから始めましょう： 「わたしは良い羊飼いである。良い羊飼いは羊のために命を捨てる。」（ヨハネ10：11-18）。この言葉を心に響かせてください。
「前進する良い羊飼いがいれば、前進する群れがいる。良い羊飼いは群れに耳を傾け、群れを導き、群れを癒す」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたは主に導かれることを自分に許していますか？良き羊飼いのスタイルに従って、兄弟姉妹の良き羊飼いとなっていますか？

この日曜日、心を静めるために一時停止しましょう。教皇の言葉を黙想してください： 「良い羊飼いは、自分の民の罪を前にしても、忠実であり続けます。良い羊飼いは、自分の子どもたちが離れていき、自分を捨てても、父親であり続けます。なぜなら、「教会は、そのすべてのメンバーにおいて、執り成しの祈りを実践し、他者のために執り成す使命を持っているからである」。
あなたは、神の前で民を守ったアブラハムやモーセのような人ですか？

With Jesus in the morning
Good Shepherd Sunday
Begin this Sunday by listening to the tender words of Jesus: “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep” (Jn 10:11-18). Take a moment to let these words resonate in your heart.
“When there is a good shepherd who moves forward, there is a flock that moves forward. The good shepherd listens to the flock, leads the flock, heals the flock” (Pope Francis). Do you allow myself to be led by the Lord? Are you a good shepherd of your brothers and sisters following the style of the Good Shepherd?
Offer your day for all the women who shepherd a flock. Offering prayer.

Interceding for the sheep
Pause this Sunday to calm your heart. Meditate on the Pope’s words: “The good shepherd remains faithful even in the face of the sin of his own people: the good shepherd remains a father even when his children fall away and abandon him”. And this is so because “the Church, in all her members, has the mission to practice intercessory prayer, to intercede for others”.
Are you like Abraham and Moses who defended their people before God?
Ask God for the grace to pray tenderly for your brothers and sisters. Pray the prayer of the month for women.

Opening up to God
Reflect on your week and discover how God has been present in your life. Be thankful for everything that you have received. Have you been able to look at your brothers and sisters with eyes of compassion?
Take a moment to identify any reality, personal weakness, individual, or situation that may have caused your heart and perspective to become hardened. Ask the Lord for the grace you need to be a good shepherd like Jesus, the Good Shepherd, who gives his life for his sheep. Make a commitment for the week ahead.
