朝イエスと共に
主が与えてくださる祝福に感謝することから、この旅を始めましょう。イエスは私たちに祈ることを勧めています。「はっきり言っておく。わたしの名によって父に求めるものは何でも与えられる。」（ヨハネ16：23-28）教皇フランシスコは、この祈りは勇気をもって行うべきであると付け加えます。私たちは、イエスのもとに行き、「あなたは私たちにこう言われたのだから、そうしてください」とお願いする勇気があるでしょうか。信仰を前進させて下さい。信仰を前進させ、福音化を前進させてください。私の抱えているこの問題を解決してください。』。」このような勇気をもって祈ることができるでしょうか。主が祈る勇気と忍耐の恵みを与えてくださるように、また、教会グループや運動が、祈りの中で自信と勇気を持つことができるよう、祈ります。天におられる私たちの父よ…(パラグアイチーム)

日中イエスと共に
安息のひととき、主にまなざしを向けます。主は私を祈りへと招かれます－自分のことではなく、主とその御国のことを考えて。そうすることでしか、私の喜びは満たされません。教皇フランシスコは、まさに「その喜びは、告知され、実を結ぶ福音化のしるしです」と述べます。この喜びには、いつも出エジプトのダイナミックさと、自分から外に出て歩き、その先にあるものを新たに蒔く、という賜物が伴います。」自分を捨てて他者にゆだね、行動によって広く福音を宣べ伝える恵みを求め、旅に戻ります。(チームコロンビア)

With Jesus in the morning
Begin this journey by giving thanks for the blessings that the Lord gives. Jesus challenges us to pray. “Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you” (Jn 16:23-28). Pope Francis adds that this prayer ought to be said with courage. “Do we have the courage to go to Jesus and ask him like this saying, ‘You have told us this, do it. Make faith move forward. Make evangelization move forward. Make this problem that I have be resolved.’ Do we have this courage in prayer? We pray so that the Lord gives us the grace of courage and perseverance in prayer. Also, we pray for the church groups and movements so that they estalish in prayer confidence and courage. Our Father. (Team Paraguay)

With Jesus during the day
In a moment of rest, I direct my gaze to the Lord, who invites me to pray, not focusing on myself but on Him and His Kingdom. Only like this will my joy be full. Pope Francis says precisely that “that joy is a sign of an evangelization that has been announced and is giving fruit. It always has the dynamic of the Exodus and the gift of going out of oneself, of walking and always sowing anew what is beyond.” I return to my journey asking for the grace to leave myself to depend on others, evangelizing more with my actions. With Jesus in the night
Heavenly Father, I entrust my journey to you, and I thank you for your presence. I ask myself if I am present in my life to the people close to me. Make me a person rich in humanity and faith, capable of making your paternity shine thorughout my life. Hail Mary. (Team Italy)
