飲食
感謝をささげ、キリストの使命のために自分の人生をささげることによって、この新しい日を始めましょう。
「はっきり言っておく。人の子の肉を食べ、その血を飲まなければ、あなたたちの内に命はない。 わたしの肉を食べ、わたしの血を飲む者は、永遠の命を得、わたしはその人を終わりの日に復活させる。」(ヨハネ6・51-59）
神はいのちの源です。神の言葉、しぐさ、愛は私たちを養ってくださいます。神によって養われ、私たちの思い、言葉、行動が、兄弟姉妹の精神を支えることができますように。
聖霊が私たちを主の使徒とし、主の憐れみの使命のために使えるようにしてくださいますように…。今月の祈りの意向に身をゆだねて、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

日中イエスと共に
教会は女性である
日常から離れ、主の御心に心を合わせましょう。この瞬間に感謝しましょう。
教皇は、「女性は「神のもの」に対して特別な感受性を持っており、特に神が私たちに対して持っておられる憐れみ、優しさ、愛を理解する手助けをしてくれます 」と教えています。教会を定義するものは男性的なものではなく、女性的なものにおける “教会 “なのだと思いたいくらいです。教会は女性であり、母であり、それは美しいことです」。(教皇フランシスコ）
人間関係の中で感受性を養い、母のような愛情で兄弟姉妹を迎え入れ、彼らと同じようにいのちを与え、支えることができるよう、主に助けを願い求めましょう。

人生の選択
一日の終わりに、自分の感情や心の状態に目を向けてください。あなたに喜びと希望をもたらした小さな瞬間を振り返ってください。一日の全体的な軌跡を考えてみてください： 人生を受け入れ、愛することを選んだのか、それともネガティブな感情が気分を曇らせたのか。
神の臨在に身を浸し、神のまなざしの栄養と神の感情のエッセンスにあずかることで、喜び、希望、そして豊かな命があなたの中で花開くことに気づくだろう。

Eating and Drinking
Begin this new day by giving thanks and offering your life to be at the service of Christ’s mission.
“I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh and drink the blood of the Son of Man, you will not have life in you. He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.” (Jn 6, 51-59)
God is the source of Life. His words, gestures, and love nourishes us. Nourished by Him, we ask that our thoughts, words, and actions, support the spirit of our brothers and sisters.
May the Holy Spirit make us the Lord’s apostles, available for His mission of compassion… Pray the offering prayer, surrendering yourself to this month’s intention.

The Church is a Woman
Take a break from your routine to unite your heart to the Lord’s heart. Be grateful for this moment.
The Pope tells us, “Women have a special sensitivity for the ‘things of God’, especially in helping us understand the mercy, tenderness and love God has for us.” I’d even like to think that what defines the Church isn’t in the masculine, it’s “the Church” in the feminine. The Church is a woman, she’s a mother, and that’s beautiful.” (Pope Francis)
Ask the Lord for the help to cultivate sensitivity in your relationships, to welcome your brothers and sisters with motherly affection, to give and sustain life as they do.
Pray the Monthly prayer for women.

Choosing life
As you wind down your day, take a moment to tune into your emotions and the state of your heart. Reflect on the little moments that brought you joy and hope. Consider the overall trajectory of your day: Did you choose to embrace life, to love, or did negativity cloud your mood?
By immersing yourself in the presence of God, by partaking in the nourishment of His gaze and the essence of His emotions, you’ll find that joy, hope, and abundant life flourish within you.
Commit yourself to living in the manner of Jesus as you look ahead to tomorrow.
