朝イエスと共に
パンは天から降ってくる
今日の福音を聞いて一日を始めましょう： 「わたしは、天から降って来た生きたパンである。このパンを食べるならば、その人は永遠に生きる。わたしが与えるパンとは、世を生かすためのわたしの肉のことである。」(ヨハネ6:44-51)。命のパンについて黙想を深め続けましょう…。愛には、イエス・キリストという顔があります。イエス・キリストは、豊かないのちであるご自身のいのちを私たちに与えてくださる方です。そのいのちを分かち合うよう、私たちを招いておられます。
それが他の人々の糧となることを願いながら、あなたの一日と人生を捧げましょう。あなたの決断と行動が、周囲の人々を養うための恵みを求めましょう。虐待、搾取、疎外、不当な圧力を経験している女性たちの痛みの代弁者となることを目指しましょう。

祈りの年
一息ついて、私たちが「祈りの年」にいることを思い出してください。主と二人きりで過ごせるこの機会に感謝し、主があなたを励まして、兄弟姉妹に仕えて行くようにと願ってください。「このように、祈りの男女は孤独と沈黙を求めますが、それは邪魔されないためではなく、神の声によく耳を傾けるためなのです。」(教皇フランシスコ）
女性のための今月の課題への決意を新たにしましょう： 「教会は女性とその役割なしには成り立ちません。女性は教会にとってなくてはならない存在です。」 (教皇フランシスコ）

呼吸と思考をゆっくりとさせながら、今日経験したことを数分間振り返ってください。どのような瞬間があなたの心を喜びと充実感で満たしましたか？今日、あなたは誰にいのちを与え、誰にあなたの賜物を養いましたか？
イエスと二人きりで数分間を過ごしてください。あなたの悩み、葛藤、そして夢を話してください。
世界のいたるところで女性差別がなくなるように、あなたの休息をイエスに捧げましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

With Jesus in the morning
The Bread comes down from heaven
Begin your day by listening to today’s Gospel: ” I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (Jn 6:44-51). Continue to deepen your meditation on the Bread of Life… Love has a face, Jesus Christ; the One who gives us His life, which is life in abundance. He invites us to share in that life.
Offer your day and life, hoping it becomes sustenance for others. Seek the grace for your decisions and actions to nourish those around you. Aspire to be a voice for the pain of women experiencing abuse, exploitation, marginalization, and undue pressures.
Pray the offering prayer for all women.

With Jesus during the day
The year of prayer.
Take a break, and remind yourself, that we are in the Year of Prayer. Give thanks for the opportunity of this time alone with the Lord and hope that He will encourage you to go out and serve your brothers and sisters. “Thus, men and women of prayer seek solitude and silence, not so as not to be disturbed, but so as to listen better to God’s voice.” (Pope Francis)
Renew your commitment to this month’s challenge for women: “The Church cannot be itself without women and the role they play. Women are indispensable to the Church.” (Pope Francis)

Offering Life
Take a few minutes to reflect on what you have experienced today, slowing down your breathing and your thoughts. What moments have filled your heart with joy and fulfillment? To whom have you given life, and whom have you nourished with your gifts today?
Spend a few minutes alone with Jesus. ITell him about your worries, your struggles, and your dreams.
Offer him your rest so that discrimination against women will cease everywhere in the world.
