朝イエスと共に
イエスを信じる
心を開いて今日を始め、生きるために必要なすべてのこと、特に受け入れと信頼の中で成長する助けとなる困難を受け入れましょう。神の言葉を心にとどめてください。「信じる者が永遠の命を得るためである」（ヨハネ 3:5a-7b）。
「イエスを本当に信じるなら、イエスがなさったように、私たちも行動してみなければなりません：私たちの身近にいる人たちに会いに行き、福音の救いの真理を分か ち合うのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。今日のあなたの目標が、外に出て人と出会い、温かい笑顔で近づき、助けとなる心と手をささげることであるように、主が導いてくださいますように。
世界中のすべての女性が尊厳をもって扱われるように、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。チーム・アルゼンチン – チーム・ウルグレイ

信仰の英雄的女性たち
沈黙のうちに立ち止まり、教皇の次の言葉を思いめぐらしましょう： 「教会の歴史の中で、シエナのカトリーヌ、ジョセフィーヌ・バキータ、エディット・スタイン、カルカッタのテレサ、また、困難な結婚生活を勇ましく切り抜け、問題を抱えた子どもたちの世話をする “隣の “女性たちのことを思い浮かべましょう……。女性のヒロイズム」（教皇フランシスコ）。
母親、友人、姉妹、娘たち…。彼女たちは信じ、私たちも信じるように促します。
女性のための月ごとの祈りを祈りましょう。「女性は人類が衰退しないように助けてくれますように」。チーム・アルゼンチン – チーム・ウルグレイ

信じ、思いやる
夕暮れ時、私たちはゆっくりと、私たちを啓発してくださる聖霊を意識的に受け取りましょう。今日受け取ったもの、日々享受している人々や自然を思い浮かべ、毎日受け取っている多くの善を神に感謝しよう。
時に私たちは、急ぐあまり、受け取った賜物に対してほとんど価値を見いださず、ほとんど信頼せず、ほとんど信じず、ほとんど気にかけないことがあります。 自分が所有者であるとも、なくてはならない存在であるとも思わないように、他者を信じ、他者の富をより大切にし、他者の人生を大切にする恵みを与えてくださるよう、神に祈りましょう。明日、私たちが神のように生きることができるように、私たちのまなざしが具体的な行動に移され、一人一人、特に女性に対する思いやりと尊敬の念を持つことができるようにお祈りしましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ… アルゼンチン-ウルグアイチーム

With Jesus in the morning
Believing in Jesus
Begin this day with an open heart, embracing all that you have to live, especially the difficulties that help you to grow in acceptance and trust. Allow God’s words to stay in your heart… “that whoever believes in him may have eternal life” (Jn 3:5a-7b).
“If we truly believe in Jesus, we must try to behave as he did: to go out to meet others, those who are close to us, to share with them the saving truth of the Gospel” (Pope Francis). May the Lord guide you, so that your goal today is to go out and meet others, approaching them with a warm smile, and offering a heart and hands that are there to help.
Pray the offering prayer so that all women in the world may be treated with dignity.

With Jesus during the day
Heroic Women of Faith
Pause in silence and ponder these words of the Pope: “In the history of the Church, let us think of figures such as Catherine of Siena, Josephine Bakhita, Edith Stein, Teresa of Calcutta, and also the women ‘next door,’ who heroically navigate difficult marriages, care for children with problems…. The heroism of women” (Pope Francis).
Express gratitude for the multitude of women who bring life into this world: mothers, friends, sisters, daughters… They believe, inspiring us to believe as well.
Pray the monthly prayer for women… “women can help humanity not to decline”.

With Jesus in the night
Believing and caring
As evening falls, let us slow down and consciously receive the Spirit that enlightens us. Think of what you have received today, the people and nature that you enjoy daily and thank God for so much good received each day.Sometimes in haste we value little, we trust little, we believe little, we care little for the gifts that we receive. Let us pray to God that we not feel as the owner, nor indispensable, that He may give us the grace to believe in others, to value more their riches, to take care of their lives. Tommorow let us pray that we can live as God, may our gaze be translated into concrete actions of compassion and respect for each person, especially for women.
