新しい一日に感謝し、それがもたらすものを歓迎しましょう。あなたの心を主に開き、平和の使命を担えると申し上げましょう。主の言葉を心の中に受け止めてください。「わたしは平和をあなたがたに与える」（ヨハネ14：27-31）「主の光を求めましょう。主があなたを導き、ご自分の平和を他の人々にもたらせるよう、その時と場所、人々をお示しください、と。主の平和を受け取り、与えることを決意しましょう。それは、心と魂の会話です。」（教皇フランシスコ）この日を教会の運動やグループのためにささげましょう。特に「青年の聖体活動」のため、また、自らのカリスマを世界の必要に用いようとしている多くの若者のために祈りましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…(パラグアイチーム)

日中イエスと共に
休み時間に、教皇フランシスコの言葉に耳を傾けます。「私たちに属するカリスマは、一層深められなければなりませんし、それを私たちが生きる新しい状況の中で具体化するために、常に共に考えねなりません。そのためには、自分たちの限界を認識し、時代遅れの考え方ややり方を変えることを受け入れる、大いなる柔和と謙虚さが必要です。また、もはや効果的でない時代遅れの使徒職のやり方や、不十分で有害だと示された内的生活の組織の形も、その通りだと認めなければなりません。」 自分の使徒的共同体は、どれだけ変化に抵抗しているでしょうか。識別の賜物を求めます。(チームコロンビア)

With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks for the new day and welcome what it brings to you. Open your heart to the Lord, and tell Him that he can count on you for His mission of peace. Let His word rest inside you. “My peace I give to you” (Jn 14:27-31). Ask for the light of the Lord that He shows you the moments, places, and people that lead you to Him and help you bring His peace to others. Make a commitment to receive and give His peace “which is a conversation of the heart and soul” (Pope Francis). Offer this day for the church movements and groups. Pray especially for the Eucharistic Youth Movement and for the many young people who are ready to put their own charisms at the service of the needs of the world. Our Father. (Team Paraguay)

With Jesus during the day
In a moment of rest, I listen to Pope Francis who says to us ““the charism to which we belong must be deepened more and more, and we must always reflect together in order to incarnate it in the new situations in which we live. To do this, great docility and humility are required of us to recognize our limits and accept the change in our outdated ways of thinking and doing things. We must also accept our outdated methods of apostolate that are no longer effective or our forms of organization of the inner life that have proved inadequate or even harmful.” How much does my apostolic community resist change? With Jesus in the night
Lord Jesus, here before you I go over my day and I give you thanks for my life. Your words “My peace I leave you, and my peace I give you” return to my heart and I ask myself: have I lived this day with your peace in my heart?
