朝イエスと共に
神のいつくしみ
「あなたがたに平和があるように」（ヨハネ20：19-31）。一日の始まりに、なんと素晴らしい宣言でしょう！イエスご自身が与えてくださった平和を受け取るために。この告知はあなたの心にどのように響くでしょうか？「このことが彼ら（使徒たち）をよみがえらせ、彼らの心に失われた平和を吹き込み、彼らを新しい人にし、打算なしに与えられた赦し、功徳なしに与えられた赦しによって清められます」（教皇フランシスコ）。
今日、私たちが神を歓迎し、神が与えてくださるこの平和の担い手となることができるように、また、私たちを世に発進させ、恐れや不安にとらわれ続けることから引き出してくださるものとなることができるように祈ってください。
あなたの心にあるその平和を、それを必要としているすべての女性たちと分かち合い、彼女たちがあなたの庇護と愛を感じることができるようにしてください。

午後の一時、平和のために、私たちが戦う平和のために、御国の平和のために、私たちがいのちを選ぶときに共に生きる善い戦いの実りである平和のために、もう一度お願いしてください。
教皇は私たちに言います： 「しばしば彼女たちから防御と救済のあらゆる可能性を奪うような状況の中で、私たちは彼女たちの痛みを代弁し、彼女たちが受けている不正義を強く糾弾しましょう。」
神が、忍耐強い祈りと寛大な行動によって、これらの戦いを戦う勇気を私たちに与えてくださいますように。

自分の中に静かに入り、新しい一日に感謝しましょう。使徒たちの近くにおられたイエスが、彼らに平安と慰めを与えておられるのを見ましょう。あなたの前を横切った人々の顔を見直してください。あなたは彼らのために、キリストの平和を伝える者となりましたか？あなたの祈りはどのようなものでしたか？また、あなたの周りの女性たちとの出会いは、今日どのようなものでしたか？
明日のために、祈りの意向を具体的に絞り込んで深めようと決心してください。明日から何を変えられますか？主の恵みを求めましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ…。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

With Jesus in the morning
Divine Mercy
“Peace be with you” (Jn 20:19-31). What a wonderful announcement to begin the day! To receive the peace given by Jesus himself. How does this announcement resound in your heart? “this revives them (the apostles), infuses in their hearts the lost peace, makes them new men, purified by a forgiveness given to them without calculation, a forgiveness given to them without merit” (Pope Francis).
Pray that we may welcome God today and be the bearer of this peace, that He give us, the one that launches us into the world and draws us out of remaining focused on our fears and anxieties.
Share that peace in your heart with all the women in need of it, help them feel your shelter and your love.
Offering prayer… Put my heart close to the Heart of your Son Jesus!

Peace for them
In this afternoon pause, ask again for peace, the peace that we fight for, the peace of the Kingdom, the peace that is the fruit of the good fight that we live with when we choose Life.
The Pope tells us: “Let us be the voice of their (women’s) pain and let us strongly denounce the injustices to which they are subjected, often in contexts that deprive them of every possibility of defense and rescue”.
May God give us the courage to fight these battles in persevering prayer and generous action.
Prayer for women… “Help me to be the voice of the pain of women victims of abuse…”

With Jesus in the night
The peace of Christ
Enter quietly within yourself and be thankful for a new day. Behold Jesus close to the apostles bringing them peace and comfort. Review the faces that crossed your path. Have you been for them a bearer of Christ’s peace? How has your prayer been and how have all encounters with the women around you been today?
Make a resolution to deepen your commitment to the intention of prayer, narrowing it down in a concrete gesture for tomorrow. What could you do differently tomorrow? Ask for the Lord’s grace.
