朝イエスと共に
復活祭の土曜日
あなたが私を完全に生きるように、私の手にあるものすべてに完全に身を捧げるように招いてくださる新しい日に感謝します。私はここにいます。あなたの世界に対する慈愛の使命のために、私を使えるようにしてください！人々があなたを必要としているところに、私を連れて行ってください！今日、あなたは私に言われます： 「全世界に行って、すべての被造物に福音を宣べ伝えなさい」（マコ16：9-15）。
「私たちの兄弟姉妹も私たちを待っています。特に、まだ主の愛と憐れみを体験していない人たちは、私たちがイエスの福音を告げ知らせ、彼らをイエスのもとに導くことができるように。出て行くこと、動くこと、福音の喜びをもたらすこと、それが宣教師になることです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
私はこの言葉を心に響かせ、私の人生に語りかけます……。

女性の弟子たち – 宣教師たち
道中で一休みし、主に視線を向けましょう。今朝、あなたは何を心に入れましたか？どのような状況の中で、あなたの心にいのちと平和を大切にしましたか？
今月の祈りの意向を深める助けとなる教皇の言葉を黙想してください： 「どのような状態においても、どのような時代においても、どのような条件においても、いのちの保護に向けられた、自然で力強く敏感な、彼女たち（女性）の行動のための余地を作りましょう」（教皇フランシスコ）。
心を開くこと…兄弟姉妹のために余地を作ること…耳を傾けること…特にあなたの人生にいる女性たちに。
一日を振り返り、女性のための月ごとの祈りを祈りましょう。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

目に見えない人々
思考を静め、今日も一日感謝しましょう。今日、あなたの前を横切った人々を思い出してください。彼らに対するあなたの態度はどうでしたか？傍若無人にされた人はいますか？
今月、あなたは女性、特に最も目に見えない、あるいは傷つきやすい人たち、苦しんでいる人たち、「社会の片隅で生きている、あるいは捨てられている」人たちに気を配るよう求められています。

Saturday of the Easter Octave
I am grateful for the new day in which you invite me to live fully, to give myself entirely to whatever I have in my hands. Here I am, make me available to your mission of compassion for the world! Take me where people need you! Today you say to me: “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to all creation” (Mk 16:9-15).
“Our brothers and sisters are also waiting for us, especially those who have not yet experienced the love and mercy of the Lord, so that we can announce the Good News of Jesus and lead them to him. To go out, to move, to bring the joy of the Gospel, that is to be missionaries” (Pope Francis).
I let these words echo in my heart and speak to my life….

Women disciples – missionaries
Take a break on the road to rest and turn your gaze to the Lord. What have you let into your heart this morning? Have you cared for life and peace in your heart and in what context?
Meditate on the Pope’s words that help to deepen this month’s prayer intention: “Let us make room for their (women’s) actions, naturally and powerfully sensitive and oriented to the protection of life in every state, in every age and in every condition” (Pope Francis).
Openness… to make room for your brothers and sisters… to listen… especially to the women in your life.
Review the day and pray the monthly prayer for women.

Invisible people
Quiet your thoughts and be thankful for another day. Remember the people who crossed your path this day. How was your attitude towards them? Is there anyone who was left on the side?
This month you are called to be attentive to women, especially the most invisible or fragile, those who suffer and “live on the margins of society or are discarded”.
Ask for forgiveness if you fell into tunnel vision and lost sight of those around you, and make your resolution for tomorrow What can you do for them?
