朝イエスと共に
私は、主イエスが私たちに同行し、私たちの中に生きておられることを認識し、準備と感謝の心で今日を始めます。「わたしは道であり、真理であり、命である。」（ヨハネ14：1-6）。「祈ること、祝うこと、主イエスに倣うこと。これらは、真理といのちに向かう道を見つけるために、人が開かなければならない3つの「扉」である。祈りの生活、祝賀、キリストの模倣において、どの方向に進むべきかを絶えず自問することが必要である」（教皇フランシスコ）。教会の運動が主イエスとともに祈り、祝い、模倣して歩むために、あなたの人生を捧げましょう。天におられる私たちの父よ。(チーム・パラグアイ)

日中イエスと共に
私はひとときの休息をとり、キリストの平和が心に溢れるようにします。私はこれまでどのように旅を生きてきたのでしょうか。教皇フランシスコは、「主イエスの弟子たちは、主イエスのスタイルに従って、喜びと希望に満ちた人、渇きと不安に満ちた人と共に、男性と女性の生活に奉仕して、信仰を生きる 」と教えています。主イエスのスタイルに従って生きることは、私たちを日々生じる課題に立ち向かう勇気をもって生まれ変わらせ、私たちのカリスマを姉妹や兄弟、特に最も困っている人たちのために奉仕することです。私はこのことを心に留めて一日を過ごしています。(コロンビアチーム)

With Jesus in the morning
I start this day with a ready and grateful heart, recognizing that Jesus accompanies us and lives in us. “I am the way and the truth and the life” (Jn 14:1-6). “Pray, celebrate, and imitate Jesus: these are the three “doors” that one must open to find the way to go towards the truth and the life. It is necessary to ask ourselves continually which way to go in our prayer life, celebration, and imitation of Christ” (Pope Francis). With Jesus during the day
I take a moment of rest and let the peace of Christ flood my heart. How have I lived my journey so far? Pope Francis teaches us that “disciples of Jesus live their faith according to the style of Jesus, at the service of the life of men and women, with the joyful and the hopeful, the thirsty and the anxious.” Living in the style of Jesus makes us reborn with the courage to face the challenges that arise daily, putting our charisms at the service of our sisters and brothers, especially for those who are most in need. Lord, sometimes the path to arrive to you seems a little dark, but thank you for the groups and movements that act in your church for the path is open to many. Do I feel this belonging?
