いのちの賜物と、それを他者と分かち合う機会を与えてくださった主に感謝して一日を始めましょう。福音にチャレンジしてみましょう： 「なぜ、うろたえているのか。どうして心に疑いを起こすのか。」(ルカ24:35-48）。
教皇は、「恐れは、私たちを傷つけ、弱め、衰えさせ、麻痺さえさせる態度である」と教えています。復活の時は喜びの時であり、聖霊の賜物であります。恐怖が愛に打ち勝つ喜び。
あなたを麻痺させる恐れを抱いていますか？主はどのような恐れからあなたを救いに来られますか？
世界中で女性が尊重され、大切にされるように、女性のための捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。チーム・アルゼンチン – チーム・ウルグレイ

朝を迎えるために、ひとときの休息をとりましょう。この言葉を瞑想してください… 「創造性。人類がこのような深い異変を知っている今、女性は人類が衰退しないように多くのことを助けることができる」（フランシスコ教皇）。
あなたは人をその賜物や才能によって評価しますか？それとも、兄弟姉妹と距離を置くような偏見やレッテルを貼って行動していますか？
あらゆる文化の中で女性の豊かさが認められるよう、女性のための月ごとの祈りを祈りましょう。チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

一日の終わりに沈黙を作りましょう。心の中に入り、主とともに一日を過ごし、感謝をもって思い起こしましょう。あなたの身振りは、出会った人々にどのようなものでしたか？あなたの言葉、あなたの考え、あなたの態度で、あなたはいのちを与えましたか？
どこにいてもイエスのように生き、人々の価値を大切にし、認めるという招きを思い出してください。赦しを求め、また、イエスの慈愛の心を求め、イエスのように人に自分を捧げることができるようにしてください。新たな朝を迎えましょう。勇気を持ちましょう！ 天におられる私たちの父よ… チーム アルゼンチン – ウルグアイ

Thursday of the Easter Octave
Begin the day thanking the Lord for the gift of life and the opportunity to share it with others. Let yourself be challenged by the Gospel: “Why are you afraid and why do you have these doubts?” (Lk 24:35-48).
The Pope tells us that “Fear is an attitude that harms us, weakens us, diminishes us, and even paralyzes us”. The time of resurrection is a time of joy, a gift of the Holy Spirit. Joy in which fear has been defeated by love.
Do you harbor fears that paralyze you? From what fears does the Lord come to save you?
Pray the offering prayer for women so that they may be respected and valued throughout the world.

With Jesus during the day
Women from all over the world.
Take a moment of rest to collect yourself for the morning. Meditate on these words… “Creativity. The irreplaceable, particular, and distinct gift of the feminine genius is a contribution to the common good that is undeniable… at this time when humanity knows such a profound mutation women can help so much so that humanity does not decay” (Pope Francis).
Do you value people for their gifts and talents? Or do you act with prejudice and labeling that distances you from your brothers and sisters?
Pray the monthly prayer for women so that their richness may be recognized in all cultures.

With Jesus in the night
Recognize and appreciate.
Make silence to close the day. Enter into your heart and go through your day with the Lord, remembering with gratitude. How have your gestures been with the people you have met? Did you give life with your words, your thoughts and attitudes?
Remember the invitation to live like Jesus wherever you are, valuing and recognizing the value of people. Ask for forgiveness and also ask Him for His compassionate heart, that He may make you capable of giving yourself to others as He did. Start your morning renewed. Have Courage!
