I thank the Lord for another day when he gives me the grace to grow in intimacy with him. “Rise, take up your mat, and walk” (Jn 5:8). I make these words of Jesus the horizon of my day: may it be able to encourage others in their fragility to get up and walk. With Jesus during the day
“Long is the journey towards oneself, unexpected is its discovery” (Thomas Mamn). The journey of self-knowledge goes until our last day on Earth. We can rejoice with our light side, be ashamed of our shadows and be surprised by our discoveries, but the essential thing is, from there, to seek our continuous improvement to live the life that God dreamed for us.

With Jesus in the night
I close my eyes and calm my breathing. How was my day? What do I want to appreciate? I look at the jobs, the affections, the things, the people that God has given me today. How did I relate to them? Do I feel that any of these realities took away my freedom? I ask God for help to give a good answer to what I will face tomorrow. Hail Mary…
