Let us begin a new day available to the action of the Lord in our lives, docile to his presence in the events that we have to live today. “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few” (Matthew 9:35-38). The Lord invites us to contemplate a world in need of our hands and our feet to serve where He wants to harvest. Where do we feel called at this time to work in the Lord’s vineyard? Let’s look at our environments and the people with whom we share. Where is there a need for our service? Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
Take the afternoon break to reflect how you lived your morning. The Pope tells us that “love then implies something more than a series of charitable actions. The actions spring from a union that leans more and more towards the other, considering it valuable, worthy, pleasant and beautiful.” Service before an action is an interior attitude that puts the other in the center of the spotlight, his dignity as a person, above all it is love. Do we put love in our actions, love that cares and expresses tenderness? Relaunch your day.

With Jesus in the night
Quiet your thoughts and say thank you one more day. Observe the people who crossed your path. How was your attitude towards them? Is there one that was left on the edge of your path? This month you are called to be attentive to those who no one sees, to the “invisible,” to those who suffer and “live on the margins of society or are discarded.” Ask for forgiveness if you fell into old habits and make your resolution for tomorrow. What can you do for the invisible ones around you? Hail Mary…
