日中イエスと共に
日々、自分の罪を認め、赦しを求めつつ、神の憐れみに与かるようにしているでしょうか。それとも、自分の過ちから目を背け、神の愛から距離をとってしまっているでしょうか。勇気を持って、自分自身の過ちを認め、主に赦しを願うことによって、神の善さがわたしの心に届き、わたしを変えてくださいます。自分自身の隣人に対して共感と憐れみをもって接するよう教えてくださるキリストご自身の模範に倣うことによって、わたしも、わたしを傷つける人々を赦すことができるようになります。

With Jesus in the morning
I begin this day by giving thanks to God. Today I ask Jesus for mercy! I ask you, Lord, to look at my weaknesses. I ask you to light my way forward. May God not leave us dejected by trials but enthusiastic about each meeting, in particular the encounter I experience in the Eucharist. With Jesus during the day
Do I seek to participate daily in God’s mercy, acknowledging my sins and asking for forgiveness? Or do I close myself off from my faults and distance myself from God’s love? The courage to recognize my own faults and ask the Lord for forgiveness allows his goodness to reach my heart and transform me. Following the example of Christ himself, who teaches me to act with compassion and mercy towards my neighbor, I also become able to forgive those who hurt me.
