新しい一日に感謝しましょう！クリスマスを祝うこの期間に、キリストのミッションへの奉献をしましょう。「主よ、わたしはここにおります。仕えるためにわたしをお呼びください」。「幼子はたくましく育ち、知恵に満ち、神の恵みに包まれていた」（ルカ2:40）。人生は成長し、祈りの生活とともに強められます。主への真摯な祈りの中で、主の助言を求め、主の声に耳を傾けましょう。毎日、祈りの時間を持ち、すべてのキリスト者が主とのパーソナルな関係を強めることができるよう、願い求めましょう。天におられる…

主と出会うために、少し休憩しましょう。教皇は、アブラハムの生涯をもとに、自分自身に問いかけてみるよう、わたしたちを招いています。「アブラハムの神は『わたしの神』、すなわち、わたしの歩みを導き、わたしを見捨てない、わたしのパーソナルな歴史の神となります。それは、わたしの日々の神であり、わたしの数々の冒険の同伴者です。神の摂理です。わたしは自分自身に、また彼らに問いかけます。『わたしたちはこのような神の経験を持っているでしょうか。『わたしの神』、わたしとともに歩まれる神、わたしのパーソナルな歴史の神、わたしの歩みを導く神、わたしを見捨てない神、わたしの日々の神、このような神の経験を持っているでしょうか』。これについて考えてみましょう。」

深呼吸をして、心を静かにしましょう。今日一日を振り返りましょう。自分の仕事に不安を感じましたか。落胆していますか。怒り、恐れ、混乱といった心の状態にありましたか。他の人々を傷つけましたか。書き出してみましょう。感じていることと正反対のことをすることで、これらの心の状態と戦うのを助けてくださるよう、神に願いましょう。明日のために元気を出しましょう！アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks for a new day! During this celebration of Christmas, make an offering to the mission of Christ, “Here I am Lord, call me to serve.” “The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom” (Luke 2:40). Life grows and is strengthened with the life of prayer. In a close prayer to the Lord, ask for His advice and to listen to his voice. Pause to encounter the Lord. The Pope invites us to let ourselves be questioned by the life of Abraham, “The God of Abraham becomes ‘my God’, the God of my personal history, who guides my steps, who does not abandon me; the God of my days, the companion of my adventures; God’s Providence. I ask myself and I ask them: Do we have this experience of God? ‘My God,’ the God who accompanies me, the God of my personal history, the God who guides my steps, who does not abandon me, the God of my days? Do we have this experience? Let’s think about it.”

Take a deep breath and silence your heart. Reflect on your day. Have you felt anxiety in your tasks? Are you discouraged? Have you remained in states of anger, fear and restlessness? Did you harm others? Take note. Ask God to help you fight these states, doing exactly the opposite of what you feel. Cheer up for tomorrow! Hail Mary…
