一日の途中で、少しの間、立ち止まりましょう。祈りの中で主と出会うことによって自らを養いましょう。主の愛の内にとどまるためには、主を知るための主の言葉にとどまって、主の聖心の力動性の中に入らなければなりません。福音とともに祈り、福音を黙想し、福音のみ言葉に心を向けなければなりません。そうすることで、魂はイエスの人生について熟考し、それが心の中でどのように響き、今日のわたしの人生にとってどんな新しさを持っているかを熟考します。イエスの生き方があなたの生き方の中で受肉するように、福音とともに祈り、イエスの生き方とともに祈りましょう。

Welcome the new day by thanking the Lord for the presence of the laity in distant places where consecrated people cannot reach, and pray that they will decide to listen to the Spirit of the Lord. “You hypocrites!
