この午後、すこし休憩をとって、主と出会い、「聖心の道」の4つ目のステップを黙想してみましょう。主は、わたしたちを失望に満ちた世界の中に放っておかれるのではなく、わたしたちを救うために、わたしたちのうちの一人となられます。主はわたしたちを苦悩の内から救い出し、わたしたちの心を癒し、わたしたちの関係を修復してくださいます。あなたの人生のどの側面で、あなたは救いの必要を感じていますか。修復のために主の助けをあなたが必要としているのは、誰とのどんな関係ですか。この世界に対する共感と思いやりのミッションを主と一緒に歩むことができるよう、あなたの人生のうちに主を迎え入れましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Look forward to the new day and be ready to listen to the Spirit who leads us on mission and is the interpreter of the Heart of Jesus Christ. Where do you feel the Spirit of the Lord leading you at this time? Where is he calling you? “The holy Spirit will teach you at that moment what you should say” (Luke 12:8-12). The Pope tells us that “in all the baptized, from the first to the last, the sanctifying force of the Spirit acts and prompts them to evangelize.” Ask the Lord for the grace to accept the call to mission. With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon to encounter the Lord and meditate on the fourth step of The Way of the Heart. The Lord does not leave us alone in the world disheartened, but becomes one of us to save us. He takes us out of our distress, he heals our hearts and restores our relationships. In what aspects of your life do you need to be saved? What relationships do you want the Lord to help you restore? Welcome the Lord into your life to walk with him on a mission of compassion for the world.

At the end of the day, quiet your heart and calm your thoughts. How loving were you throughout the day? Do you recognize that you could have loved someone in a better way? Do you feel rejection or attachment to something or someone? Loving others in the right way is the path to freedom and fulfillment. What can you do differently to grow in freedom and love more according to God’s plan? Write down anything that is on your mind. Hail Mary…
