日中イエスと共に
主に仕え、わたしたちの罪を悔い改めるのに、決して遅すぎることはありません。このような態度を取る理想的な時は、今です。神は私を罪と転落のうちに見捨てられることはありません。あなたに必要なものは、立ち上がって、イエスに目を向け、イエスに抱きしめていただき、再びイエスの愛に包んでいただくための勇気です。そうすれば、またもとの軌道に戻り、行動の仕方を変えて、より善い人間になる努力をしていくことができるでしょう。

一日を終えるにあたり、少し間、立ち止まって休みましょう。今日起こったすべてのことを感謝しましょう。周りの人たちにどのように接しましたか。心がかき乱されたり、心の中に怒りを覚えたりした何かの体験を思い出しますか。まだ恨みが残っていますかか。心の中を見つめて、平安な心を持つ助けとならないものを捨て放ちましょう。気づいたことを書き留め、それらすべてを神にお捧げしましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
At the beginning of this day I ask the Lord to help me to recognize his Kingdom in this world. The Lord teaches us to identify his Father’s kingdom in everyday situations such as mustard grains, fishing nets, and seeds that grow during the night. I ask God to equip my eyes with the gift of contemplation, so that I too can learn to identify the Kingdom and its dynamism of growth in the concrete situations of my day. With Jesus during the day
It is never too late to serve the Lord and repent of our sins. The ideal time for this type of attitude is now. God does not abandon me to my sins, my falls. You need to have the courage to stand up, to fix your eyes on Jesus and let him embrace you and envelop you in his love again. Then you can get back on track, change the way you act and commit to trying to be a better person.

Pause for a moment to end the day. Give thanks for everything that happened today. How did you treat your neighbor? Do you remember anything that disturbed you or caused anger in your heart? Do you hold any grudges? Look within your heart and release what doesn’t help you have a peaceful soul. Take note of what you discover and give it all to God. Hail Mary…
