愛を知らず、自分自身を愛することのない人は、愛することを学んだことがない人です。多くの悪の根源は愛の欠如です。真に自分自身を愛し、真に他の人々を愛する人だけが、同じ割合で愛を与えるすべを知っているのです。愛は人間の本質のうちにあります。わたしたちを造られた創造主は愛だからです。わたしの愛が、今日行うもっともシンプルな行いのうちにも表されますように。

深呼吸をして目を閉じましょう。今日一日を見つめ、いただいた特別な恵みを認めて、神に感謝しましょう。心の中を見つめて、今日あなたを取り巻いていた恐れ、不信、怒りなどの感情を探してみましょう。それらの感情の原因は何でしょうか。それらの感情はあなたの中にどんなメッセージを残しましたか。経験したことを神に捧げ、神の愛で包んでいただけるよう願いましょう。明日のための決意を一つ書き出してみましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
I give thanks to the Lord for another day when I am called to remember his presence in my life. As Christians, we are challenged to practice discreet charity. Doing good in hiding, without others knowing it, because the only reward that interests us is to live according to the love of God. I offer this day to the Lord for the Holy Father’s intention for this month, that we may all have greater respect for the resources of the planet. Glory Be…

With Jesus during the day
He who has not known love and does not love himself has not learned to love. The root of many evils is the lack of love. Only one who truly loves himself and truly loves others knows how to give it in the same proportion. Love is found in the essence of human beings, because our Creator is love. May my love be revealed in my simplest gestures today.

With Jesus in the night
Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Look at the day, acknowledge any special graces you received and give thanks to God for them. Search your heart for those feelings of fear, distrust and anger that surrounded you today. What caused these feelings? What message did they leave within you? Offer the experience to God and ask him to embrace you in his love. Write down a resolution for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
