この人生の中でわたしが刈り入れたいものは何でしょうか。人々の心という土壌に蒔いた種、また収穫した果実は何でしょうか。道の途中でさまざまな障害に出会いますが、それでもわたしは良い種を蒔くことを選びます。心の中で脈打ついろいろな夢について思い巡らしてみます。忍耐、誠実、愛という良い種を蒔き、公明正大に行動しているならば、きっと良い実を収穫することができるでしょう。

At the beginning of this day, I give thanks to the Lord for the gift of life. If I think of my life as a gift from God, I become freer because I stop worrying about my own things. In this way I become more available to listen to and do the will of God and to join him in building a Kingdom of hope. With Jesus during the day
What do I want to reap in this life? What are the seeds that I have sown in the soil of people’s hearts and the fruits that I have harvested? I choose to sow good, despite the obstacles I may encounter along the way. I reflect on the dreams that pulsate in my heart. If I sow the good seeds of perseverance, integrity, love and act uprightly, I will certainly reap good fruits.

With Jesus in the night
Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Look at the day, acknowledge any special graces you received and give thanks to God for them. Search your heart for those feelings of fear, distrust and anger that surrounded you today. What caused these feelings? What message did they leave within you?
