With Jesus in the morning
Welcome this new day by giving thanks for the mission that Jesus entrusts to you: “No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light”(Lk 8: 16-18). What does this passage say to you? How is it projected in your reality today? God put in you a unique Light. How will you let it shine without dazzling? Just let that Light permeate your heart and its force will radiate around on its own. Discuss this with the Lord and offer your journey. Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
Listen to the voice of the Lord in you and pause in rest. How is your day going? Are you allowing yourself to be enlightened by Jesus in the decisions you are making, in your relationships with others? Remember, we are making our way together: “the objective of the current Synod is to listen… to what the Holy Spirit says to the Church. We do this by listening to the Word of God together…and then by listening to each other.” (Vademecum Synod) What resonates with you? Let the Spirit renew his church in you and make you his channel of light. Continue the path knowing that you are not going alone.

With Jesus in the night
Bring your day to a close. Bring what you have lived to your heart and be thankful for it. And stop your attention in those moments that have brought you a new light, a new understanding, or a new perspective. What news of God do they bring for you? Write down what you discover. Dare to be a light of love, compassion, acceptance and forgiveness in the midst of a culture that approves the death of brothers as a means of justice. Hail Mary…
